Vince is treading a very fine line and this could end up being a bridge too far. The independent contractor status is tenuous at best when you dive into testing it against the US government's classifications. Would he really want to test those waters and end up losing? That could be a windfall for the wrestlers as far as benefits or back pay to compensate for non provided benefits. That isn't even to mention penalties and legal costs.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that this ends up being retracted once someone points out to VKM that it is a potentially slippery slope.

I can legitimately see wrestlers walking over this, which is incredible because they didn't walk over the Saudi shit, but this is so much income some WWE stars might lose over this, that I can see them asking for their releases and being done with the company.

Sooo just curious....would something like this also apply to Sheamus’s “Celtic Warrior” YouTube channel? If anything it’s helped showcase a side of some of the people in WWE you never see on tv....but again, it’s on YouTube and using the names WWE owns. Wonder how Sheamus feels about this? I use to think he was one of those Rollins, Reigns, Strowman types who jerks off over anything WWE related, but I’ve seen a different side to him last couple years and could see him really being angered by this.

Literally everyone is reporting this, even some wrestlers who are employed to the company have brought this up and are pissed about it

This isn't about believing sites, it's factual or no one in WWE would have said a thing about it, and certain individuals already have along with very credible sources.

The straw is gonna break right back. Vince is gonna find out real soon how much some WWE Wrestlers do not need him to survive whether it is continuing a career in wrestling or otherwise.
