I had not heard of what WWE did to Rock and Batista? Any incite on what happened? Rock offered WWE to keep working while he went Hollywood.WWE denied,thinking Rock would flop and return begging. Batista offered a crosds promotion when he was working for guardians of the galaxy and offered to appear on WWE while promoting the movie and you know basically have free eyes from the marvel universe fans.But Triple H denied thinking he would flop too. Turning down a cross-promotional deal with a Marvel post-Avengers, that is a special level of under-rock occupation right there. |

Yeah so many companies are jumping to do stuff with WWE after the stellar year they've had, I'm sure. Why did they only mention SD guys there? I'm still wondering if any of what happened on SD last night may have had to do with this. Because Smackdown is Disney and Raw is Warner Bros. |

Ya know, I'm almost kinda thinking that Vince himself wrote up that explanation. Who else would use exploitation as a word to explain themselves to the public when other words could be used instead that won't sound completely off? Instead of "control and exploitation of" they could have said so many reasonable-sounding things: "portrayal consistent with WWE products" "efforts of our creative staff alongside the performers" "execution of long-term plans and storylines" "continuity of actions and characters across multiple platforms" "alignment with the values and needs of the company" They don't have to be true they just have to sound like you aren't actually just Skeletor. |

This is why I get beyond annoyed when people defend Vince as this whimsical old rapscallion that's done a few teeny tiny bad things but GOD DAMN YOU HE'S HUMAN.
How much more proof will it take that Vince is bad and supporting him is bad.

Which is why I can never hate how easily Brock is absolutely playing Vince. The whole Brock thing is absolutely incredible honestly. There's no evidence whatsoever he brings them a dime and yet they just keep giving him the world entirely because he doesn't have to be there. |

Nash had an agent in the mid90s, everyone in the WWE should get one just to annoy Vince having to negotiate with a lawyer that knows what they’re doing. |
