Great signing. He was right up there with Brodie Lee and Matt Hardy(at least during his last run). As top level talent who was wasted in WWE. AEW roster is pretty stacked now.

Like I said in the show link, I think signing a guy who many people feel has been held back and not used correctly, and telling him he can't do something on the first night, is stupid.
People need to let go of WWE mentality that every promo is scripted. They're not. Go out there, hit some points, do what you want to do, we want you to be free to get yourself over and enjoy your time here. And on top of that, they have to ignore people who are so conditioned by WWE, that they can't handle when someone speaks their truth. This is Miro's truth. Deal with it. And don't bring up TNA. Vince Russo didn't write that promo, Miro said it from the heart.

I hope he still shows his comedic chops. Dude is seriously funny That's a lot of why this pairing is exciting to me. He's not just charging into the main event only to run into a brick wall; he's being paired up with a goofy midcarder, there's a clear connection to draw between their general personas, and he gets to be, at minimum, the stronger guy on his team. Being "the big guy" has done wonders for the Butcher, Luchasaurus, and Wardlow, so AEW clearly understands how to book their powerhouses in this capacity. Just, seriously, good move for Miro, good move for Kip.

Happy for the guy, but "The Best Man' sounds lame as a nickname unless its a comedy role.

The worst of TNA's worked shoots were absolutely nothing like this. Like, as someone that's seen most of them.

Happy for the guy, but "The Best Man' sounds lame as a nickname unless its a comedy role. The entire gimmick is that he is going to be Kip Sabian's literal best man for his wedding party, once they get past that, either he will have figured out a way to keep it going or figured out a way to pivot.

Hereby lobbying for Miro vs Ortiz in a “Who is THE BEST, THE BEST” match officiated by Dave Grohl.

I feel like Kip and Miro could work more of the twitch stuff into their act.
Twitch Streamers are very hateable and likeable at same time.

Yeah, I don't really watch AEW too closely. Just read enough to keep me somewhat in the loop. Makes more sense. As someone who wasn't a big fan of his during his pre Rusev Day run, I think this could be a good fit for him.

AND... *continues to basically destroy all credibility he has.* God that's EXACTLY what I mean, lol. Like *one line* from Miro is absolutely nothing compared to TNA turning sad RF Video shoots in to promos. Remember when Christian Cage was going back to WWE so they had this whole loooong ass promo with Kurt Angle calling him a sellout and painting the most awful picture of TNA imaginable on accident before a really depressing beatdown? Like, if something is brief and to the point, it's already far from the average TNA worked shoot.

I kinda like the nick name it sounds stupid at first but after little while i thought it worked great.
I look forward to the Miro / Kip pairing but I can see him as AEW champion down the line. Dudes got talent. He looks so happy to be back.

Not to go too off topic but because of this I just remembered the time TNA thought it would be a good look for Kurt Angle to say that WWE is "where the money is" on TV and holy f*** lmfao
Also the time Billy Gunn in blackface was supposed to be a reasonable likable man done wrong by his former friends

Miro with some creative control (I assume) is going to be a huge get for AEW.
