Man, a couple years ago Impact seemed like it was on fire and poised for a comeback. Now this is the best they can do? I have nothing against Eric Young or Rich Swann, but if that is the World championship main event match on your biggest show of the year then you aren't doing too good.

Their mainevent has been the least interesting part of the show. Mostly because it’s been gutted by AEW/WWE or Tessa being crazy. Tagteam, women’s and some of the wacky mid card feuds have always been more interesting. Rich has been out since February and outside of the Slammiversary mainevent when Young took him out. He’s on a comeback storyline. At the same time I don’t think he will have a long run. There’s still like five weeks of tv but it looks like it will be: Deonna vs. Kylie Rae Some sort of multi tag match between MCMG, The North, Good Brothers, Rascals, and Ace Austin & Fulton RVD vs. Sami Callahan Rhino & Heath finally teaming together

I actually quite like EY as champ in this case. Far prefer this version of him than the one that was champion back in 2014. Granted, his booking in WWE, or lack of booking, over the years damaged his credibility a lot but Impact have done a good job turning him back into a psycho.

My list of people Impact should elevate to the World Title after BFG: Willie Mack Ace Austin Madman Fulton Rosemary Heath Rhino Moose Fallah Bahh Jordynne Grace Taya Valkyrie Ethan Page Trey Miguel (Wentz and Dez get a Tag title reign, but it'll probably be the Good Brothers beating MCMG for the belts instead before this happens) Alex Shelley (after losing the Tag titles) Eddie Edwards has been in Impact for so long that I think going back to ROH or finally getting that NXT run would benefit him. I included some women on this list because the Knockouts division is stacked now, and a few could use some branching out to help the main event scene. The only problem I see here is there may be a lack of heels on my list.

Strap up Swann
EY only has the title to do that and Impact has been playing behind the eight ball due to their main event scene getting shredded

Seriously ROH and Impact should trade. The money is in Ethan Page

Word is Deonna doesn't have a fulltime deal and they been trying to get her on board but she might jump to AEW
Can see Kylie taking the title off her

As mentioned last night, a Six-Way Intergender Scramble Match for the X-Division Championship has been added to BFG. It'll be Champion Rohit Raju vs. Chris Bey vs. Trey Miguel vs. TJP vs. Jordynne Grace vs. Willie Mack!

Better build up for this years BFG. Usually gets overshadowed by slammi. French, German and Spanish commentary too.

Ken Shamrock vs. Eddie Edwards has been added to BFG! Wait, why is this a thing? A few weeks ago, someone attacked Eddie, after the lights went out, to end Impact. The next week, Eddie called out whoever attacked him(thinking it was EY). Sami appeared on-stage, Eddie thought it was him, but Sami said it wasn't...but he knew who it was. The lights went out and back on, revealing Shamrock. Shamrock attacked him, seemingly manipulated by Sami, ending with the Ankle Lock. At Victory Road, Gia Miller asked Sami if the attack had anything to do with Sami's past rivalry with Eddie, but Sami assured that it had to do with Sami wanting to bring out the old Shamrock...the World's Most Dangerous Man. Last week, Ken began to have some regrets, but Sami once again manipulated him into attacking someone, this time, a security guard.
