That was a good match between them and sets up a killer tag match next week.
Shida has her eyes on the NWA Women's Title

Turned out alright. I liked Ivelisse in LU but I’m not going to lie, she’s come off awkward to me in AEW.
Thunder Rosa is, without a shadow of a doubt, the shit though.

Hopefully the trust is there to give Diamante and Ivelisse full time deals (and Rosa too) they have helped give some swagger to the division that it has sorely lacked (and I say that with all due respect to performers like Britt, Swole, and Nyla who have improved a lot)

Ivelisse and Diamante are a seriously excellent tag team, and Rosa has been a fantastic talent to showcase. Here's hoping we see all three of them for the long term.

Thought the match was really fun, Ivelisse has had good matches in AEW to me, she might be holding back if she isn't officially signed honestly.
Shida/Rosa vs Sicaria's is also a really great way to take it, that tag match should rule.

It was a solid 9:30ish minute match. Thunder Rosa is the real deal.

I’ve said this in another thread but it’s my theory Rosa drops the NWA title to Priscilla Kelly on Prime Time Live next week and signs with AEW full time. It makes PTL feel like a big deal, Kelly has made it clear she doesn’t want to sign anywhere full time so she would be perfect to be NWA champion. Rosa gets to sign to AEW and puts someone over on the way out. I think it would be good for all parties involved. But maybe it’s just my wishful thinking

But maybe it’s just my wishful thinking Rosa's also booking her Mission Pro sow coming up where she defends against Lindsay Snow. Snow would also be a good fit for the NWA, given that she's a big bruiser with some MMA influence, and having that defense is a definite draw for Rosa's show - so I would put my bet on Rosa dropping the title there if she isn't holding it for quite a long haul.

I know Khan really wants her and honestly, NWA isn't in great power or position to hold onto people right now, so if AEW's offering the cash, I imagine Rosa will go there. On her Mission Pro show as well, she has booked AEW talent for it as well including Big Swole. Seems like it's coming together

I wonder how much you know who is fuming over his dream company working with AEW?

That's a lot of why I think Snow would be a likely next champion - for Lindsay Snow, the NWA championship is a huge step up from where she is. For Thunder Rosa, it's arguably holding her back from being the top star of a televised women's division. That would be a booking decision that everybody benefits from. Then again, that title match is the day after tomorrow, so it might be way too soon given Rosa/Kelly is a big draw for the NWA next week.

For some reason she was getting bashed because she wasnt "selling" vs Thunder Rosa.

For some reason she was getting bashed because she wasnt "selling" vs Thunder Rosa. She gets more complaints than most due to her "female Low Ki" behavior in the past. As long as she doesn't bring that back, she'll be fine.

I assume we're headed for Rosa vs Shida for the NWA Women's Championship on the Anniversary Dynamite where Rosa retains, setting up a winner takes all rubber match at Full Gear?

Yeah, this feels like the most logical possible payoff for the angle so far. Shida has beaten the champion and eyed the belt - so clearly Rosa isn't just leaving, and Shida has a hell of a claim to challenge at this point. Which certainly opens up a lot of questions about how this NWA association will work in the long term, and I'm intrigued to see what the answers are.

Sean Ross Sapp is saying he heard that the match broke down in terms of planning and real shots were exchanged at various points.
So I’m going to say they’re not going to sign Ivelisse...

Its quite ironic that Thunder Rosa is friends with Sexy Star aka the person who injured Rosemary in 2017.(Im not defending Ivelisse, if she didnt want to cooperate in the match then it was all on her).

This was legit one of the biggest matches of Ivelisse's career, such a great talent but if she doesn't get her shit in check she's gonna join Tessa on the bench
