Andromeda. It’s literally the only game I have ever taken from the system and immediately returned to GameStop for a refund.

Andromeda. It’s literally the only game I have ever taken from the system and immediately returned to GameStop for a refund. Yea, that one too I bought it much later like a few months when it was on sale for $20 on the PSN store. Got about a good 10-15 hours in I want to say and got bored. Immediately took it off my PS4. Keep in mind I still got GTA5 on my shit from years ago

WWE 2K20. Yes, even with all the warning signs as loud as sirens, I was still disappointed greatly.

God of War. Tried getting into it twice and just wasn't my cup of tea.

Metal Gear Solid 5. Gameplay wise the game is a masterpiece. It's repetitive "story", almost non-existent memorable boss fights, overly long runtime and the chaotic nature behind scenes created just a mess of a game. Had so much promise and I was so hyped up as it was getting closer to launch.
No Man's Sky was another . I know they've since delivered on their promises, but as launch approached they always made it sound like every feature they talked about would be there at launch. Playing it that month was probably the quickest I've ever returned a game.

Andromeda. It’s literally the only game I have ever taken from the system and immediately returned to GameStop for a refund. Hah, this is the Vince McMahon "sits there, silently stands up, walks straight out of Creative meeting" of game responses The only thing that'd make it better is "drop everything and return it"-type details, like leaving a half-eaten sandwich on a plate by the console, driving back to the store in your socks, etc.

Mass Effect: Andromeda. It’s the only Mass Effect game I never played multiple times. It’s just too tedious for my liking.
Agents of Mayhem. Way too many bugs.

Dissidia NT. I liked the original Dissidia games a lot and this one took everything neat about that game and made it feel really barebones, especially the really terrible way of playing the Story Mode. 3-on-3 fights were also a mistake, especially with how dumb your team AI can be.

These are not my only picks, but the first that come to mind. Gonna be controversial here.
Persona 5. Now granted, I didn't like Persona 3 so I don't know why I expected to like this, but considering it gets nothing but praise across the board, the fact that I just couldn't get into it at all definitely disappointed me. I don't like the Persona OSTs, so that's a part of it. The combat is good, but literally everything else surrounding it is just...I dunno. It's extremely long so maybe I haven't given it enough of a shot but I also have too many games and not enough time to play them as it is.
Breath of the Wild. I'm of two minds on it. On the one hand, I really enjoyed it and put about 100 hours into it. It was a great time. But, it was not really what I wanted out of a Zelda game at all, and by the time I finished it I was left wishing it was somewhat of a more traditional experience. I wanted more temples and the Divine Beasts didn't cut it, and neither did the shrines really. It is not a bad game at all, in fact it's an excellent game, but it wasn't what I wanted out of a Zelda game.

Jump Force. This is the only game I have brought this gen that disappointed me and that is mainly because the A.I's guarding is ridiculous to the point I have to be as cheap as possible to even land a hit. Which is strange as they seem to break my guard with in seconds....

Pretty much any Bethesda sequel.
Wolfenstein: The New Colossus- awful shooting, bland locations (seriously, you have nazi occupied America and you give us some bases, war torn cities, and another space base), and a story that wasn't as good as the first one and had an odd focus on bad comedy.
Dishonored 2- I don't know if I would call it bad but I've tried to play it twice and just couldn't get into it.
Rage 2- Didn't play it but that early gameplay looked so f***ing good, to find out it's another bland Avalanche sandbox with occasional good Id gameplay is so disappointing.
Evil Within 2- The first wasn't very good and the definition of try hard but the sequel doesn't try enough. This game has zero atmosphere, like none, which is criminal for a horror game.
Doom: Eternal- This one hurts the most. It's not a bad game, in fact in many part it's really f***ing good but it just feels like a step back from what made the reboot phenomenal. Overindulgent is how I would describe it. Liked the story from the last game, well here's everything about the slayer's origin and the Night Sentinals, diminishing the mystery of the first game. Liked the power fantasy aspects, instead of just showing you be a badass that's feared, we're going to have characters just steaight up call you God multiple times. Loved the humor, Rip and Tear is now a catch phrase along with mortally challenged and the Slayer has a man cave. Loved the frantic gameplay... well it's still pretty good but you are no longer allowed to stop and think for even one second, some enemy weaknesses are too precise for a controller, and ammo is super scarce before upgrades and we know this because we added a bonus lives system and rechargeable chainsaw to balance this out. Platforming....

Nier: Automata: I wanted to love this game so much, but it just didn't click with me. I thought the combat was boring, the enemies were repetitive, and the game makes you go through it again with a character not as fun to play as 2B. I don't even remember the story. I loved the music, and I thought there were some cool moments, but other than that I thought the game was average.
Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness: Man, the Star Ocean games are usually dumb yet fun, but this one wasn't even fun!
Street Fighter V: They made some nice changes from SFIV's gameplay, but it ultimately made the game boring. Characters have no depth, there's less combos, less moves, etc. Online sucks, too.

FFXV: This one turned out alright, but I was incredibly excited for Versus XIII and this was not Versus XIII. Andromeda: I wanted Mass Effect 4, but it doesn't even feel like it's the same series Destiny: I thought it wouldn't be THAT empty MGSV: I wanted the story promised in trailers, but then the game was also empty and the trailers spoiled every cutscene

Metal Gear Solid 5 - I just didn't think it was very fun at all. I didn't even finish it.
Ghosts of Tsushima - I didn't think it was awful, but compared to the hype, I didn't think it was all that great.
The Avengers - I genuinely thought this would be really good. I thought wrong.
Paper Mario: The Origami King - I just didn't think the ring battle system was very fun. Every time I go back and try to finish it, I always get bored and end up turning it off.

I'll join the 'Andromeda is crap' crew.
I'll add MGS5 and LOU2 as well, both for story reasons.

Launching it bare bones was a super dumb idea, too. Like, there was nothing to do but online play!

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. I loved Wildlands a lot but Breakpoint was a major step back. It's only NOW becoming worth playing after adding AI teammates.
