Well it took two weeks, but the NFL football players are really starting to feel the pain of gridiron action. And the pain just keeps on coming, as fans will now feel the pain of a Fins/Jags short-week prime-time SHOWDOWN! (Reminder, that game airs tonight on the NFL Network. (Which means people are paying extra to see that particular clash of champions.))
Week 3 Schedule:
Thursday, September 24, 8:20 PM Dolphins at Jaguars
Sunday, September 27, 1:00 PM Texans at Steelers Bengals at Eagles 49ers at Giants Raiders at Patriots Titans at Vikings Football Team at Browns Rams at Bills Bears at Falcons
Sunday, September 27, 4:05 PM Panthers at Chargers Jets at Colts
Sunday, September 27, 4:25 PM Cowboys at Seahawks Bucs at Broncos Lions at Cardinals
Sunday, September 27, 8:20 PM Packers at Saints
Monday, September 28, 8:15 PM Chiefs at Ravens

Dude, it’s America’s Favorite Son Gardner Minshew THE THIRD. It’s an honor and privilege to watch him play.

The only reason I'm watching the game tonight is to see just how far that mustache can throw a football

I'm just gonna forever stare at the Jags field and be like "Yep, that's where Stadium Stampede happened"

Most AEW talent seem to be at the game in luxury seats

Short yardage backs are the bane of fantasy existence. Gaskin does most the work then gets vultured. 🙄

It's Fitzmagic or Fitztragic, with rarely an in-between.

Every time I watch the Jags get pantsed like they did last night, I remember that they were in the AFC title game only a few years ago and were supposed to be a legit contender for years to come.
Then they went into the next season like Rocky in the first 45 min of 'Rocky 3' and unlike Balboa, never recovered once teams started hitting them in the face

They damn near made the Super Bowl with Blake Bleeping Bortles as their starter. You would think that, with all the great pieces around the bad QB almost making the SB, you could just improve the QB position somehow and you'd be right there. Now, they're nowhere.

They played a bit over their heads and then bought into the hype hardcore over the following summer. They poured themselves into beating the Patriots week 2, and succeeded. The problem is that they acted like THAT was their Superbowl. In a lot of cases teams figure you out, and it was clear right away that they were in no way ready to adapt for that

I hope Fitzpatrick has some Superman like career where he plays until he’s 47 years old and due to length of career and the stats he’s likely accumulate we have a legitimate discussion about his HOF credentials

And I want to see that magnificent beard get all gray and stuff so they start calling him FitzMoses or Gandalf.

As much as I can't wait until Tua is ready so we can see what he can do for us our current offensive line needs time to gel with 3 new starters 2 being rookies. So the longer Fitzpatrick can hold the starter position this year the better.

It’s Mullens time again baby!
No Kittle, or Mostert, or Coleman, or Deebo though so it might be rough for him.
