Wow @ ESPN acting like the Nets ain't been shit since the Dr J days Just hand waved over the Kidd era team that made the finals because they only won 2 games If you don't win a title, you don't mean shit? As a Knick fan I am used to it, the 90's Knicks don't get their due either.

Another team for the Kings to jump in their quest to get the worst possible lottery pick.

Once again another lousy 3rd quarter by the Knicks, what is it with this team and 3rd quarters?
I can forgive them for Denver, this is an in excusable 2nd half effort by the Knicks, if I am Tibs I am giving them the riot act after this game. You blow 10 point leads like that.
This complete crap, and we Knicks fans deserve better.
And don't give me the Suns are a good team, give them credit, crap it is not about them, this is about the Knicks, I expect better from them. You guys better beat the Clippers this Sunday, enough is enough. This season is spinning control again.
Am I allowed to be mad. One thing to lose a close game, but not show up in the 2nd half, that has to hurt Tibs coach of the year chances if I was voting

Yea, i'm not going say as far as we Knick fans deserve better when this team been busting their ass all year and in the best position they have been in 10 years
Baby steps, let's act not act like these boys still not in a learning curve. As a Knicks fan i'm content with where they are at and hoping for better but i;m not going give them the riot act unless it is warranted
They got showed up by two teams better than them. Suns aren't a good team, Knicks are. Suns are a great team

Of course the Kings win every single meaningless game on the schedule, but the one game that counts big they lose. Sacramento, baby!
Cant wait for that sweet sweet 11th pick in the draft.

Right now they have the 9th worst record They can finish as low as 7th if Toronto and Chicago surpass them in W's

And they played great all year, finish it, don't blow it now. Just be in the game at the end, don't get blown out all the time, that is all I ask. Anyway the Lakers lose, misery loves company. Makes me feel a little better. Okay maybe over reacted a little bit, but losing late night games sucks. And the Yankees losing put me in a shitty move anyway. Maybe that is why I was more cool with the Denver lose, after a big win against the Astros. But can we all agree on one thing, the Knicks should not lose to the Lakers on Tuesday, they are freaking mess right now? We already beat them once.

This 7 game West Coast trip at this point in the season was always going be tough Realistically, they should be damn lucky Lakers aren't healthy. But they still have to deal with Clippers and Spurs. Finishing this trip at 3-4 is what I expected and there best hope is that Boston continues to limp into the playoffs like they are doing now Miami and ATL are both inconsistent this year but if Knicks somehow hold on to the 4 spot, they damn sure don't want to see Miami at 5 Knicks beat the shit out of teams with sub 500 records but it is the good teams they still struggle against due to not having that star closer. It is what they 100 percent need to address in the offseason Edit: 100 percent agree Knicks can't lost to Lakers. They are a mess right now and with LeBron out, AD hurting, Schroder out etc they need that W

I do think the most winnable games were the first 2 games, and the last 2 games. Denver and Phoenix was the toughest games of the 6. So realistic it is going to form. I just want to get that 3rd win already and be done with it. BTW, they don't play the Spurs on the road, they play them at home. They got 2 games in LA, and than they are home for the rest of the season.

They want home court, they need to win it, if they don't i'll be holding the pitchforks with you cause with their destiny in their own hands they should not blow it

If the worst comes to the worst and the Knicks do drop, it's because they're just not good enough yet. The Knicks need not to panic in that situation. If they do traditional Knicksian things like massively overpay for mediocre/washed talent they'll hamstring themselves for the future. They have to remember that they have two things going for them: they're THE big market team, and their core is young, they don't have to win now. As long as they're putting out competent teams that play hard, the stars will come.

I hope these NBA players don't pay attention to hockey.

Interesting to see what with the Spurs and Trailblazers tonight. Well the Trailblazers have a let down especially without a day off.

Wow what a win for the Nets.
As a Knick fan I want them to keep winning, because the Heat play the Bucks and 76ers down the line, and I want them to be motivated to win. So let's go Nets.

I think if the Lakers want to avoid the play in, tonight's game against the Suns is a must win. If they lose, they would effectively be 3 games out with the tie breakers not in their favor with a week to go. Than you might as well just accept it and prepare for it. On the bright side this game is at home, if this was i at the Suns, I say they have no shot, giving what I have seen of the Suns of late they are better home team than road team.

Half time Knicks up by 2. I just ask for one thing, win or lose, don't get blown out in the 2nd half. Not another repeat of what happened on Friday.
If the Knicks can just play with the Clippers, it really gives me confidence we will win on Tuesday and maybe win out, because the Clippers are way better than the 3 teams we have left, not to mention the Heat gets tough withe 76ers and Bucks. If we fall to 5 today, no need to panic if we play well.
Edit: Holly shit, the Knicks with a big win. I guess the 3rd time is the charm.

Good win by the Knicks against the Clips after getting smoked last two games against top West teams
They control their own destiny in these last few home games especially with Boston taking an L today as well and falling to 7th

Good win by the Knicks against the Clips after getting smoked last two games against top West teams They control their own destiny in these last few home games especially with Boston taking an L today as well and falling to 7th Well that game is good news / bad news for the Knicks. Bad news the Heat are just one game back, but the good news combine with this big Knicks win, the Knicks have all bur assured that they will stay out of the play in game. A lot of funky things would have to happen for the Knicks to fall to 7. Realistically the worst that could happen is the 6 seed. Don't sleep on the Wizards, is not a sure thing, the Hawks are going to win the next two against them even though they are at home. As for the Heat, it depends how motivated the 76ers and Bucks are, except for their last game, their schedule is tough, it is their turn to go down the gantlet of tough teams. I think 3-1, gets the Knicks 5 for sure. And maybe the 4, I don't expect the Heat to win out with their schedule. But you never know especially with what is going on with the 76ers and Bucks by than.
