Goldeneye's announced as going up on Gamepass at some point. As a remaster, not a straight port. However, the trade off is no online multiplayer. That’s exclusive to the Switch version which is a straight port What bizarre tradeoffs

I'd assume it's a case where Nintendo already has the infrastructure for it due to the way the N64 games on Switch work while Microsoft maybe didn't deem it worth the extra expense or effort.

Apparently we are getting AC Odyssey and a Danganrompa game on gamepass today, and Deathloop next week.

But its a remaster so they are putting some work into it. IDK how hard it is to stuff an online system into the game but it doesn't seem that out of the question.

Actually kind of surprised Danganronpa V3's going up on Gamepass since Zero Time Dilemma didn't.
Edit: How on earth is it 35 GB? The game's the same version as on the Switch where it's only 8 GB and even the PS4 version is only 26 GB.

Not sure about Hellsinger. Looks great, lovely music but I almost think it would be a better game without the gimmick.

Deathloop dropped yesterday. Just gave it a quick play and found it to be interesting.

Never realised how much I missed a good RTS game. Ashes of the Singularity is taking up a lot of my time. It's good, very Supreme Commander-ish. Which is not a surprise seeing who made it.

Signalis is worth a look, retro-looking survival horror with a great atmosphere. And two cosmic horror references in the first 20 minutes always make me smile.

I'm happy
“Return to Monkey island” is available on Game Pass (in my ANZ region at least)

Does anyone have issues Game Pass for PC? It seems like every time I try to play a game on my PC from the XBox app, it never recognizes my controller and the games generally run like absolute shit. It's not my PC and I never have any issues with games on Steam. Is there some sort of setting I've messed up?

I only stream games on PC due to having a 10 year old POS computer but I never encounter any issues really

No problems here, but I tend to mainly play stuff that suits a mouse and keyboard and don't use a controller.

You know the program I have had the most problems with on Gamepass? Bloody Fallout 4. Get this strange uusbrain.dll error every time I try and run it (same with Skyrim but it doesn't crash it). Anyway, I might do a repair installation of windows over the weekend as my connected telemetry thingy has vanished from services.msc and it's not recognising pc gamepass achievements. I suspect something didn't copy over correctly when I changed my boot drive to a larger one.
Anyway, just did the intro to Darktide and it was pretty good. I'll get into the game proper when I'm at home with better internet, also tried the Dune game, seems fairly 'dry' but otherwise seems a solid 4x game.

So, is anyone into Hi-Fi Rush? It was dropped last week and I've been enjoying it.

The story is very much by the books and the characters somewhat feel like a game from the mid 2000s but honestly, with everything else as good as it is; I don’t really care. It’s designed for a good time and that’s fine by me.
