The way they started out, I never would've thought they'd last as long as they did together and have such a memorable run. It really speaks volumes about the talent of all three.

Considering how well all of Big Es other singles runs have gone I wouldn’t get too broken up over this.

Just leaving this old glory here Man, I so wanted Kofi vs. Cena during the US Open Challenges. In fact did we ever get Kofi vs. Cena? Also how there was only ONE New Day vs. Shield match?

Cena v Kingston one-on-one has NEVER happened. New Day did kind of feud with him briefly in 2015 so there were some six man tags, but there was never a singles match.

I think Summerslam 2015 was their breakout moment and what made me realize they were something special. They got one of the biggest reactions of the night and were still heels at the time.
I love New Day but I'm not even sad about this at all. You'll still have two of them on Raw and Big E gets a big push on Smackdown. Them being apart will make it all the sweeter if Big E was to win the title at Wrestlemania then Kofi and Xavier come out to celebrate with him. And this is WWE, look how many times The Shield reunited in a short period. New Day will be fully back together probably in a year or two at most. Plus, I could also see us getting skits with them most months when they're all in the same building for pay-per-views.
I forgot they'll still have their podcast too. Honestly, It'll probably barely even feel that they've even really "split" anyway.

Big E's only improved as a performer since his last solo run IMO, so I'm not worried about him bombing. But that's if they book him correctly and, well, you know...

In NXT he was pretty damn over as main champion. Yeah he only really had one singles run... where they had him be a mostly silent badass... so when he'd pull stuff out like the random preacher voice or the overly enthusiastic flag waving people were confused and usually popped for it. hell the weird backstage videos he used to post of himself (sometimes with Sasha) were basically what New Day became. (hell the entire BOOTY! thing came from those.) Let Big E... actually show his personality while treating him like a serious contender he'll be fine.

Man I forgot about when he started doing voices randomly in promos with Dolph and AJ

People say this a lot, but there really wasn't that much overlap between the two of them except when the two gimmicks were so different that them being a match for each other would be laughable... until the time they did the match. New Day formed in late 2013, and didn't really get over for months and months, and when they did get over it was as cheating heels. The Shield broke up in what, June 2014?

Yeah, it was 2015. 2014 Rumble had Kingston and Big E still in their previous singles acts.

Also for further clarity, Big E said on Corey Graves's podcast that the podcast is still going on. So yeah, even if Big E is on a different brand and doing his own thing they're still going to be on the podcast weekly having fun no matter what happens with them.
Speaking of which, here's them clowning Kofi this week with Sasha.
E also commented on him "being serious" and basically said it wouldn't be him, he'd be devoid of character and basically said he still wants to be him and he wants people to be entertained.

And just imagine if it had gone the originally intended route and been New Nation.
