This sounds like it could make pretty solid trailer music; its escalation could be fine for building tension. But you don't want to have an opening theme for a wrestling show try to build tension like that. It sounds threatening more than driving, which just isn't a good fit. WWE's obsession with butt rock themes isn't great, but at least they usually pick some amped up and noisy butt rock for it as opposed to like doom metal or something. Got to wonder if whoever made this decision just kinda blindly grabbed at anything without any grasp on the genre

I’m surprised it isn’t nu metal or that crappy amalgamation of post grunge and 80s butt rock that pro wrestling must be single handily keeping going they usually use.

More evidence that I'm a horrible person who should be burned alive :
I actually like this.
Don't know if it works as a RAW theme, but I like this.

No joke, WWE or some other company should get in touch with Mystery Skulls. It’s a dance-pop act, but they have some banger tracks like “Now Or Never” or “Its Mine” that would actually make kick ass themes for wrestling shows. Plus it’d be a fresh change of pace from the post-grunge rock songs everyone else uses.

I don't think the song is bad as some Eminem simulacrum but I don't see how it works as a wrestling theme.
At least it's not "I just want to be loved"

I’m a big fan of NF. Weird this is the song they are using. As he has some very good songs that are more energetic than this.

They finally decide to get a rap theme so of course they bypass anyone relevant and pick some guy called NF. This. I thought they should do a trap remix of the original Raw theme with Migos doing lyrics (while, mumbling lol) over it. Would be too hip for WWE

It's a good song. But it's a bad opening theme song.

I actually had a glimmer of hope WWE would use them after Cena picked a Mystery Skulls song for the 2K15 soundtrack but that's the most they ever got used in WWE.
