I'd say:
- Any of the Masato Tanaka vs. Mike Awesome matches. - Undertaker vs. Mankind KOTR 98 - Couple of the Taz and Bigelow matches.
My interest in most wrestling really faded after 2001, to the point that it's in my head that guys like Randy Orton and The Miz and that whole crop are still "new" or "rookies".

Sting vs Cactus Jack - Beach Blast 92 Seen that match so many times, mostly cause I was there live. And back in the day I would get the vhs and see if I could spot myself in the crowd. I've seen that match numerous times too. Beach Blast 92 was the 1st PPV I was ever allowed to order and watch live at my own house. I recorded the entire event and played the tape out over the next 3 years or so. What a great show top to bottom. I still say Super Brawl, Wrestle War and Beach Blast is one of the better series of PPV's any company has ever turned out. But due to the fact that it happened under Watts a lot of people won't give any of those shows the time of day. Which is nonsense. Watts might be a scumbag as a human being but if you like athletic, hard hitting, old school style wrestling, which is what I love, 1992 WCW is for you. I literally just watched the November 92 Clash of Champions last night lol

Christian vs. Alberto Del Rio at SummerSlamm 2013. It gets overlooked because of how good Brock/Punk and Cena/Bryan were but this match is a low key classic AJ vs Fallen Angel vs Joe I'm about to watch this for the first time, this feels weird

And Joe wanted to go home early because he blew up in the first 5 minutes. I love this match.

Kind of an odd one here: Motor City Machine Guns vs Speed Muscle from the TNA World X Cup in 2008.
I got an avi file of this match from somewhere, and have just had it on my laptop ever since. It's 15 minutes worth of moves crammed into a 7 minute all-out sprint, and they pull off some pretty spectacular double teams and timing spots considering the two teams (I think) never worked together before and don't speak the same language.

I've seen the Brock/Cena Extreme Rules 2012 match more than any other match. Even had it on during foreplay once.

British Bulldogs vs. Rougeau Brothers, SummerSlam 88.
That match was a lot of fun, despite Billy Graham's commentary.
First match of the show, so if I want a quick fix, it's right there on tape.

A tag team battle royal from RAW, 98 or 99. Kane abs Mankind won. It’s just an entertaining battle total with some unexpected participants abs a few surprise twists. What a battle royal should be.

Stone Cold vs Rock. IC title. I think the actual name of the ppv is DX. Stone Cold beat up the Nation of Domination with his truck.
Sting vs DDP. Nitro '99 world title match.
Sting/Luger vs Steiner Bros.

I've probably watched HBK vs Bulldog at KOTR 96 the most amount of times mainly because it was one of the events I had on VHS before I had the channels to watch every week so I had a limited amount of matches to pick from. It was a good match though!
Others with a highest view rate would probably be the HHH vs Rock ladder match and HBK vs Taker HIAC.

Most matches I’ve watched a bunch of times could most likely be considered “good matches”, but there are a few that may not be considered that good or even noteworthy;
Val Venis vs D Lo Brown, Summerslam 98 Dustin Rhodes vs Rick Rude, Beach Blast 93 Taz vs Sabu, Barely Legal 97 Eddie Guerrero vs Kurt Angle, Lumberjack Smackdown 2004 Benoit vs Jericho, Raw in Japan 2005
The matches I’ve likely watched nearly 50 times would be:
Owen vs Bret, Wrestlemania X Bret vs Austin, Wrestlemania XIII Cactus Jack vs Triple H, Royal Rumble 2001

Hogan vs Savage from WM 5 is/was a big one for me for awhile. Still is to be honest. Used to be for me too. Had to stop watching just because the outcome makes me so mad now. Looking back there was absolutely no reason for Hogan to go over. Vince has a white hot heel champion in The Macho Man and could have let him run as champ till Wrestlemania 6. Anyways the match I seem to come back to time and time again is the I Quit steel cafe match with Magnum T.A vs Tilly Blanchard. It was a blend of beautiful and brutal storytelling at its absolute best. The perfect culmination to a white hot feud and a match worth multiple viewings.

Rumble 92 Hart/Michaels Iron Man match Steamboat/Savage Stadium Stampede Kevin Steen/PAC Claudio/Hero
The last two are from PWG's 8th anniversary show, which I attended. Steen/PAC mostly for Steen's in ring "commentary" which is hilarious("THIS IS WRESTLING, YA F***FACE!!!!!") And Claudio/Hero for being a total clinic. Seriously, the match is like 30 minutes, and I don't think a single strike is thrown until the 20 minute mark.

I don't have the tape anymore but one of the taped Nitros I had growing up featured a satisfying Van Hammer/Chavo Guerrero squash match. Particularly a thunderous arm-wrench chokeslam where Chavo gets dropped right on the back of his neck from damn-near eight feet. Not so funny now but it filled me with glee every time I watched it as a kid

Bret vs Owen Wrestlemania 10
Yokozuna vs Bret Wrestlemania 9
Not a match, but I’ve also seen the Titus world slide and The Shockmaster segment a ton.
