Undertaker and The Cell.
Remember when Triple H wanted to take the cell match for himself? Reports said that he wanted Taker and Brock to have a Texas Death match in 2002.

To me, Big Blue _was_ the cage match. It made every cage match in NWA look weak in comparison. I get it; the chain-link fencing was safer for the wrestlers, there was no escape rule, etc.
But the psychology in each form of cage is different. With Big Blue, the potential for a body impacting that steel was so much greater, and it had to be rarer as a result. Realistically, slamming one's head into Big Blue was a concussion event and it was treated as a Big Deal when it happened. Seeing a bunch of wrestlers bouncing off a chain-link fence, in comparison, did very little to highlight what was supposed to be a very violent match, and it just looked cheaper, in my view.

Honestly, I associate Hell in a Cell more with Foley than 'Taker, even if Undertaker has obviously been in more of them.

I associate I Quit and Last Man Standing with Cena, but the reason is...particular.
The fact that Cena has done so many of both of those matches is iconic, to me, of how WWE reserves everything for the main event. These are matches that draw high interest, so it sometimes felt like they were reserved for Cena, to be brought out when a feud needed a rematch with some kind of climax...not really because there was a reason for either of the stipulations or because they were Cena's signatures.

Cena and the I Quit match make perfect sense. His whole catchphrase is "Never Give Up" and every heel wants to be the guy who makes that happen.
