How in the world do the Pats beat the Ravens after their loss to the Niners and almost losing to the Jets? Football is weird. Because Jackson has somehow regressed as a passer from last year and if you are one dimensional like Ravens, Bill can find ways to make sure he gets a W The Ravens will not advance in the playoffs until Lamar can show he can beat people with his arm. He has weapons, apparently he needs more

Look out for the Patriots, the playoff chase is back on, baby! I told you so... Yes, an 8-8 season to continue a playoff run Eventually that team needs to focus on thinking 5 years ahead because what they got is only going to get them 8-8 at best

Teams figured out the gimmick offense and if you flood the middle Lamar will struggle. The only way you could help him with more weapons would basically be to get him another high level TE, he doesn't use WRs.

He was actually good last year There is no real way discredit him when he was near the top of every category that matters. The teams have caught to him and the Ravens. It is an adapting league. Malcolm Brown is good but he's not top flight. He needs a top WR who can cover for him like Diggs is doing for Josh Allen, Hopkins is doing for Murray A legit number one WR for a good QB makes all the difference in the world

He can throw the ball far, he's not accurate on cross routes which is why Brown isn't a slant WR otherwise he'd have 100 catches The fact that he won MVP off 3200 passing yards and threw for 36 passings TDs should tell you he has the talent, he still has to be developed as a passer

The Bears have scored as many points in the third quarter tonight - in 14 seconds of game time - as they have in the third quarter of every other game this season combined.

Nick Foles is injured and also bad. Mitchell Trubisky is already injured, and also bad. Tyler Bray is technically on the Bears, but also bad.
Colin Kaepernick is a free agent.

I don’t think Kaep wants to actually play. That's the vibe I get. The fact is, it's a too much risk for his legacy at this point. If he comes back and can play, a lot of people are going to look like asses. BUT, if he comes back and fails, people are gonna look at him and go "SEE! He WASN'T good enough for a job all along!" That probably isn't fair, because he's been out of the game for a few years now, but perception is reality. He's better off having the mystique along with the public perception of being wronged

I was more speaking in general terms, but I would agree that coming back during this mess would be a tough sell for anyone

Ideally and in a vacuum after years away he would go in as a backup get some practice reps play a couple of preseason games and then see where he is but because we aren't in a vacuum he had to be blacklisted.

I believe it's safe to assume that whomever is the QB for the Bears will suck ass. I speak with zero researched facts but decades worth of casual game watching.

I don’t think Kaep wants to actually play. He doesn't, nor should he I always said as good as Kap message is, he was using that for some publicity on himself especially last year with the tryouts and moving stuff around However, his image is bigger then Football and he's made himself bigger than the sport. He was def blackballed out the league but I never felt like he was a starter when he was leaving either. He would been a solid backup somewhere in position to be a starter but I never liked the narrative that he was a shoe-in starter. My mans got benched for Blaine Gabbert
