Now, if only there was something to commemorate F-Zero in some way....

That might explain today’s featured Wikipedia article:

Pound for pound, the best console ever. I'd put it neck and neck with the PS1, but I think the SNES wins out.

Its also DKC2's 25th anniversary, which actually just barely eclipses Super Mario World as my favorite SNES platformer.

Both great games. I would love for F-ZERO to come back. Hell, even if it's just a port of GX with online support I'll be all for it. Just something!

Probably the hardest game on the SNES Gradius III & Contra III like to have a say. Dunno about Contra III. Normal mode is pretty easy, imo.

I remember an issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly had a preview of Super Mario World (with the game featured on the cover) and I think they used the Super Famicom version for the preview. I remember being blown away by the graphics and how many colors there were and I couldn't wait to play it.

I'm not an avid gamer, but to this day I think Super Mario World is probably the greatest and most fun video game I've ever played.
I wish I had one of those retro consoles or maybe even a modern Nintendo system that could download it.
(Never thought I would be upset that I have a PS4 instead of a SNES, lol)

Love, love, love this console. Still have the one I got in 1994 sitting under my TV next to my SNES Mini Classic.

Pound for pound, the best console ever. The new Atari VCS says hi...to all the consoles that would actually qualify for this title
