I dunno how much of an unpopular opinion this will be, but I always thought WCW Piper was cooler looking than in WWE (which was better suited for a heel).

My vote goes to Hall. It's a shame he didn't sniff a WCW world title at least once.

My vote goes to Hall. It's a shame he didn't sniff a WCW world title at least once. By the time WCW positioned Hall into being a credible singles threat his substance abuse problems had taken over his life. IIRC, he faced off against Sting once for the WCW World Championship on Nitro, and produced less than stellar results for all involved. Scott Hall the pro wrestler was a good worker in the ring, and on the mic, when sober. Unfortunately, like so many others before him in the business, such glowing compliments can not be said about Scott Hall the person. Luckily for him, he's seems to have righted his ship these days, thanks to DDP's help.
