Okay, we have a thread about most valuable video games, but I want to talk about other things. It can be comic books, DVDs, CDs, anything. I will start with some stuff that I have that are pretty rare that go for a pretty penny online. - Wrestlemania X-Seven
- Judgment Day 2002
- Vengeance 2002 (I have the Canadian DVD released by Koch; it would seem that the WWE Home Video version from the states is harder to find
- inFamous trade paperback (based on the video games)
- Uncharted trade paperback (also based on the video games)
- The Warriors: Jailbreak (another comic trade; it's a sequel to The Warriors, and there was also a comic adaptation of the movie, which I also have)
- Survive the Night DVD (it was a TV movie that aired on USA back in 1993. It's very similar to Judgment Night. I really wonder that when I got it, it was on clearance because I got it cheap, but it's hard to find and when it goes online, it can be expensive)
I may have to look at some other stuff that I have. I got lucky with the inFamous and Uncharted comics when I found them at a store. As for the wrestling DVDs that I mentioned, I could probably say the same for WW F DVDs. I guess I got lucky. I know that I have the Network, but for some reason these are good to have in case my internet isn't working right.

I’m not even sure how I would find out if a cd or dvd is valuable?
I do own a magic the gathering Gaea’s Cradle which can be worth at least £300

Some of my fossils
My Rex tooth can go for up to a grand. My Russian pterosaur tooth must be worth more than I paid---theyre very rare.

I have a hand carved wooden bowl made and signed by a famous criminal (made while they served their life sentence in the prison wood shop), and the wood is from a tree that no longer exists in this world. It's not from an extinct tree, it's from a wacky hybrid that they'd never been able to reproduce again.
I acquired it as a sort of Life Debt Gift from a personal friend (I was his wife's donor), who was a rare wood dealer. He's got all sorts of crazy shit like that. Apparently it's a thing in his industry. You have a rare material, and you give it to a craftsman who makes a couple things out of it and your payment is getting one or two crafted items back.

As someone who sells things online I have to mention that an important part of value is not what things are selling for, but what people are willing to pay for them.
People list things for say $300 all the time and they just sit there until the end of time. Sometimes another seller gets stock for the same item and sells it for $30. Then a bunch more appear and all go for $30 or less. This happens all the time.
Usually if something is priced ridiculously high and seems unreasonable, it is. Chances are a cheaper copy even if it’s rare and in brand new condition will come along. There are plenty of exceptions though. I’ve purchased things in new condition at a low price and been able to sell them for 10+ times the amount in used condition. I chalk it up to impulse buys from the insanely rich.

The complete WWF Hasbro collection w/ all accessories, and a bagged Hogan mailaway figure.
A replica WWF Winged Eagle belt signed by Hogan, Hart, HBK, Flair, Nash, Sid, Undertaker, Slaughter, and DiBiase. 12 years in the making between first signature and last. Hoping for one day to get the chance for Austin to sign it.

Most of my rarest items are Disney related, but I've got some wrestling memorabilia I'm pretty proud of, too. I have prototypes of unproduced Bret Hart and Ric Flair figures, a late '80s/early '90s ring-used WWF turnbuckle pad, a signed replica pair of Ultimate Warrior's Wrestlemania 6 trunks, and a guitar signed by the Honky Tonk Man and Jimmy Hart that's the same brand and model that HTM carried at Wrestlemania 3. I also have a WWF themed steel chair that's signed by: {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Akeem Bobby Heenan Bret Hart Brother Love Brutus Beefcake Demolition Ax Demolition Smash Greg Valentine Haku Hulk Hogan Jake Roberts Jeff Jarrett Jim Neidhart Jimmy Hart Nasty Boy Knobbs Nasty Boy Saggs Papa Shango Ric Flair Ricky Steamboat Roddy Piper Sgt. Slaughter Steiner Bros. Ted DiBiase Tito Santana And a WCW/JCP-themed one that's signed by: {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Arn Anderson Bobby Eaton Dennis Condry Dustin Rhodes Harley Race Jim Cornette Jim Ross Jimmy Garvin Magnum T.A. Nikita Koloff Ronnie Garvin Stan Hansen Stan Lane Sting

Back in July I sold a VHS copy of Family Guy Season 1 for €100. I've got some rare Irish history books. Sold one for €125 in September and still got a couple left to go. Also have this N64 with the original box. It's a rare version which was only sold in Australia so looks to go for a high amount. As someone who sells things online I have to mention that an important part of value is not what things are selling for, but what people are willing to pay for them. Yup, best advice I got was to not look at live eBay listings but filter it to Sold Items to get a true indicator of what people are good with paying.

When my dad was a teenager, he and one of the counselors at summer camp got along really well and became pen pals. The counselor’s regular job was playing football and one of his letters was signed by him and sixteen other players from the 1948 Washington Redskins. If I ever go on Antiques Roadshow, I am definitely getting that appraised.

20th anniversary 500gb ps4 console. the pre-order bonus figures for overlord 2 (all four of the minions from the game.) have no idea on price as they just dont seem to exist anywhere else now. this muchpossibly a couple of my pop figures (kratos fear seems to be £35 to £45. call of duty monkey bomb looks to be between £33 and £126, motorcycle cop cartman is about £30) fallout 3 collectors edition (the lunch box edition.) is about £30-60. pokemon heart gold & pokemon soul silver (both with pokewalker.) up to £100 each. probably have a few strategy guides that are worth loads,
