Technically, no, but he did forfeit. There it is. Gotta be one of the funniest “burials” (intentional or not) I’ve ever seen. Shit had me ROLLING when it happened. Even the way he screams “STOP THE MATCH!” 🤣🤣 I remember wanting them to give Ryback a crybaby gimmick and have him interact with Dr. Shelby after this.

Technically, no, but he did forfeit. God, what a terrible finish. And man, Jericho is so much better on commentary these days. Even Miz is like “What the actual hell?”

Bully Ryback was fantastic. I would be rooting for the guy to make a comeback in wrestling if he werent so delusional and dangerous.

Bully Ryback was mad entertaining. I mean yeah his matches weren't that good besides the Cena stuff but segment wise damn he was super watchable. He was the perfect 80s asshole who picks on side characters. The skits with this were some of the funniest shit I have ever seen. There's be some string bean of a dude serving hot dogs or something and Ryback would just come and yell at him about being a bowley. It was magnificent. I remember when he turned face again, he referenced this period and explained that he was lashing out because of injuries and being in a rough place both mentally and career wise. This was a great face promo by Ryback. Acknowledging his mistakes, and that it was good to be doing it for the fans again. It was really cool! they did almost nothing with it. Obviously.

It's the same reason why I always dug douchebag Corbin when he was that heel Authority member. Sure, his matches weren't great but his one-liners, interactions with other superstars. Just that classic big asshole you wanted to see get knocked out at the end of the movie but they were so entertaining just stirring shit.
We need more of those.

I've been marking for Corbin since he turned heel in NXT, I loved that kind of shit. I know he was ratings poison the entire time he was running Raw, but I thought he was doing some of the best heel work WWE had at that point. It was so, so, so funny and lame. Like Biff Tannen, every week.
