Remember that Billy and Dustin were booked as nothing special in the size department back in the day, but make AEWs heavyweights look small. Wrestling has shrunk considerably. It's why I laugh when you see people say "I've never seen a big guy move like that!" Because you have. But they weren't booked as big guys. I think that mostly stems from their time in WWE, where they specialized in size for decades. Billy Gunn and Dustin Rhodes being 6'5" or 6'6" just blended in with the rest of the roster because they were all tall. The change of venue and time, like wrestling not emphasizing size as much, makes them stand out more.

They uploaded the full match seperately for anyone who didn't see it
Haven't wavered one bit, I really hope we see them signed soon. At the very least if not signed yet I really hope they have another DARK Match announced.
The fact they are the thumbnail by themselves might be an encouraging sign. AEW usually puts the focus on their stars, they know these guys are getting a huge buzz. The last talent they did that with that didn't have a contract (That we know of) is Bionic Beast Jenna, one by herself, and the other where she is still the center of attention. Sidebar, really wanna see her again too, while we're at it.

They'd be a great get: a unique look, a well-defined in-ring presence, and they can work.

Just announced for Dark they are facing Jurassic Express Good. I think they impressed too much to show up once but I hope this is a positive sign. Jurassic Express ain't losing but as I said before records reset so it wouldn't matter too much. I hope Bear Country get just as good a showing as they did vs Dark Order, Boulder vs Luchasaurus should be a treat, especially if he can get Lucha and Jungle Boy lifted up at the same time, I will mark out huge for that. Hope they're All Elite in no time, these guys are too unique to let go imo.

A lot of standouts from Create-A-Pro are pipelining their way to AEW and it's neat to see

They had their masks this week, which might be a good sign, and they had another great match with Jurassic Express, big moves hit, another close one.
Bronson took a nasty Domsday Device. I assume he's ok but woof what a bump. I really hope AEW signs these guys, they're legit.

The Doomsday Splash which what I assume is their finisher looks cool but has a lot of flaws. For starters the opponent can see it coming and roll out of the way, and easy for the other guy to come in and attack like we saw from Luchasaurus

Any finisher can have counters. When Bear Country are actually getting pushed, that Finisher has ended just about everyone hit by it Being honest I haven't ever seen the Bear Country finisher countered like a Doomsday Device before Luchasaurus did it.

Firmly on the Sign Bear Country train.
Hell, the ease of Boulder throwing a second-rope moonsault, SIGN THESE GUYS.

Yeah I saw him just doing that in Beyond Matches like it was no big deal and hoped we'd see it in an AEW Match just to further push the whole "Please sign these guys" deal I was not let down.

Is this the same team that was dressed up as panda bears a few weeks ago on Dark?

Is this the same team that was dressed up as panda bears a few weeks ago on Dark? Nope, and there's not even a chance. They're two tall, broad, hairy, handsome bears and they are very good power wrestlers.

I actually DMed Bronson on Twitter just to make sure he was all good after taking that Doomsday Device spot He said he's all good you'll be happy to hear. It was scary as hell in the moment but he's good!

When Bear Country are actually getting pushed, that Finisher has ended just about everyone hit by it Every finisher should be counterable or escapable, it what keeps them looking strong when they finally hit them. The One Winged Angel is death but it's also relatively simple to escape if you still have some gas in the tank.

Is there any particular reason why AEW's calling one of them Bear Boulder instead of Bear Beefcake?

Is there any particular reason why AEW's calling one of them Bear Boulder instead of Bear Beefcake? ...they possibly don't want to get attention for the search engine results on the latter name.
