Raquel just wanted to feel up on that booty Seriously, it looked like she didn't even stop Toni from falling, she just came out there to touch Toni's booty.

Basically Rhea is really really really damn good. She's still not a great promo, but people gotta understand she's still only 24 (and Toni's only 25). She'll get that part down, I think. Promo wise she is fine tho You don't need her to cut 10 min long promos

I was pleased with that match. I would've cut a few minutes off that Ciampa vs. Rust match to give Rhea vs. Toni a little more time.

This is the best effort between these two in a while Much better then the match they had at Worlds Collide Rhea really needs to be given her due in ring for how young she is Rhea is right up there with Charlotte, Io, Asuka, Becky, and Sasha IMO. I forgot Ember, too. There are a lot of talented women in this company.

I was pleased with that match. I would've cut a few minutes off that Ciampa vs. Rust match to give Rhea vs. Toni a little more time. That's a common issue with NXT and WWE in general. Long matches being long matches for no reason. Need more squashes, or 5 miute sprints. Not everything has to be 15 minutes.

Rhea is pretty much putting over everyone now...which is a sign she is definetly nearing a call up.
Puts over Raquel before Raquel gets her shot at the title as her finale in NXT before the rumble.

On a card where my man Kyle O’Reilly will very possibly win the title, I think the match I’m still looking most forward to is Rhea/Raquel 2. I cannot wait for that. I think they do Raquel/Io unless they really want to put Raquel over strong with a victory over Rhea meaning she will have beaten Io and Rhea which no one has done on that roster

Well, I’m looking forward to Raquel/Rhea coming even earlier then!

It’s a fxxxing shame I’ll never give that match its due because of the fxxxing ending. Even as a Charlotte fan, I hate that ending but I still love that match
I know its controversial, but I sincerely believe that in hindsight Rhea losing will be seen as the right call. She's kept on improving since, it will be a huge moment when she does get that win down the line, and has avoided getting the 'overpushed' tag that can really hurt a wrestler's credibility among fans.
Also, good match, and Raquel's catch of Rhea was unsurprisingly impressive.

Another excellent NXT. Kushida & Leon Ruff VS Johnny Gargano & Austin Theory was an awesome match to kickoff NXT. Cool video package on Toni Storm. Shotzi Blackheart’s interview was good. The video package on Legado Del Fanstasma was good. Tommaso Ciampa VS Tyler Rust was good & Rust was very impressive in his NXT debut. The video package on Grizzled Young Veterans was good, as was the Karrion Kross promo, & Malcolm Bivens talking to Rust. Everything that Dexter Lumis was interesting. I was surprised to see Kyle O’Reilly VS Pete Dunne early, as they have been the main event, no offense to Rhea Ripley & Toni Storm. I liked the brawl between The Undisputed ERA, Dain & Maverick, Breezango, & Burch & Lorcan. I’m looking forward to the Fatal 4-Way in the near future. O’Reilly VS Dunne was incredible. Their Ladder Match on November 25 was awesome, but tonight's match without the limitations of a Ladder made it 1000 times better. Balor VS O’Reilly will have a phenomenal match as the 1st NXT Championship Match of 2021. Another interesting video with Xia Li & Boa. Shotzi Blackheart VS Indi Hartwell was the first match that I didn't like tonight. The finish was stupid, but I did like the attack afterwards. Cool video package on Bronson Reed. He hasn't wrestled since he def Austin Theory twice on October 21. It will be good to see him back. Karrion Kross VS Desmond Troy was a complete squash between the only man to be undefeated in NXT in 2020 & the only man to never win in NXT in 2020. Kross VS Damian Priest at New Years Evil will be awesome. Good promo by Isaiah Scott & hilarious promo by Ever-Rise. OK, Dexter Lumis will be hosting #NewYearsEvil. That's what he drew. He had nothing to do with the graphic for Balor VS O’Reilly. Lumis could be an interesting host. Cool, we didn't get an extra match with the Tag Teams from earlier. Save that for next week. At least if it's announced ahead of time, I can get prepared. I didn't like that promo with Finn Balor. We just found out that O’Reilly will be facing Balor at New Year's Evil. How did he do that promo with the video package already put together if he didn't know his opponent until an hour ago. Rhea Ripley VS Toni Storm was a good match until the finish, but should not have been the main event. O’Reilly VS Dunne should have closed out the show & Balor’s promo could be saved for next week.
Here are the Facts & Stats for NXT: -Kushida & Leon Ruff VS Johnny Gargano & Austin Theory was Ruff’s 1st NXT match & opener since December 2, Kushida’s 1st NXT since November 25 & 1st opener since October 21, Gargano’s 1st NXT match & opener since November 18, Theory’s 1st NXT match & 1st match overall since he lost to Bronson Reed on October 21 & his 1st opener since March 25, was the 1st time both teams teamed up in NXT, Kushida’s 2nd Tag Team Match ever in NXT, & 1st since he & Alex Shelley lost to Grizzled Young Veterans on January 15, Theory’s 1st ever Tag Team Match in NXT & 1st overall since he & Murphy defeated Cedric Alexander & Ricochet on Main Event on June 26, 2020, not counting Mixed Tag Team Matches with Candice LeRae, this was Johnny Gargano’s 1st Tag Team Match since he & Tommaso Ciampa defeated Moustache Mountain at Worlds Collide on January 25, & 1st on NXT TV since he & Matt Riddle lost to Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly on May 22, 2019, & was Kushida’s 1st loss since he lost to Tommaso Ciampa by Disqualification on NXT on October 7, & was Theory’s 1st win since he defeated Ruff on October 7 - Tommaso Ciampa VS Tyler Rust was the 1st time since September 16 & 23 that Ciampa wrestled 2 weeks in a row on NXT, was Rust’s NXT debut, but was not his WWE debut, as he has wrestled 4 times before in WWE (lost to The Big Show on Smackdown on October 17, 2008, lost a Handicap Match to Vladimir Kozlov on ECW on May 26, 2009, lost to The Viking Raiders on Raw on June 17, 2019, & lost to Brian Kendrick on 205 Live on June 18, 2019 - Kyle O’Reilly VS Pete Dunne was O’Reilly’ 1st NXT match since November 25, the 1st time since January 29 & February 5 that Dunne wrestled 2 weeks in a row on NXT, & was the 3rd re-match between them after NXT on June 13, 2018 & November 25, 2020, with Dunne winning the 2 previous matches, so now, O’Reilly has won 1 & Dunne has won 2 - Shotzi Blackheart VS Indi Hartwell was Blackheart’s 1st NXT since December 2, Hartwell’s 1st NXT since November 18, her 1st Singles Match since she lost to Mia Yim on August 12, their 2nd match against each other after July 15, which was won by Hartwell, so they each have won 1 match, & was the 65th Disqualification of 2020, the 2nd one this week after Raw, & 1st on NXT since November 18 - Desmond Troy VS Karrion Kross was Kross’ 1st match overall since he defeated Keith Lee for the NXT Championship at Takeover XXX on August 22 & his 1st on NXT TV since he defeated Danny Burch on August 12, & was Troy’s 1st match since he lost to Tommaso Ciampa on September 16 - Rhea Ripley VS Toni Storm was both Ripley & Storm’s 1st NXT since November 18, their 5th 1-on-1 match against each other in WWE after NXT UK on November 28, 2018, which was won by Ripley, NXT UK Takeover: Blackpool on January 12, 2019, which was won by Storm, NXT UK on February 20, 2019, which was won by Storm, & Worlds Collide on January 25, 2020, which was won by Ripley, making it the only match in 2020 to be re-matched from Worlds Collide, so now in their 5 matches, Ripley has won 2 & Storm has won 3, & was the 1st time since November 18 that NXT had 2 Women’s Matches, was the 3rd week in a row that a Women’s Match was the main event of NXT & 4th women’s match to main event NXT out of the last 5 weeks (Ripley VS Shrai (11/18), Blackheart VS Gonzalez (12/2), Moon VS Gonzales (12/9), with only O’Reilly VS Dunne on November 25 being the only non-women’s match to main event during that time) - This was the 1st NXT since November 11 that Cameron Grimes didn’t wrestle, so therefore he did not wrestle for the 5th week in a row which would have been his longest consecutive week streak on NXT in his career

Yea, I agree with that Rhea losing was better for her perception tho you still had people trying to push her as the "chosen one" despite the fact she lost I still would right now call her up to beat Asuka and defend the RAW title against Charlotte and get her win back. They need another woman to step up outside of the 4HW/Asuka and be a pillar for that division and with each of those women getting older, Becky having a baby and lord only knows how long until Charlotte/Andrade do the same, you need to bet on the young Rhea who according to her age has a ton of years in her

Exactly. Can you imagine how desperate fans would have been for Io to beat her if she won at Mania? And I assume Rhea is main-roster bound as soon as she faces Raquel again.

She may not be able to wrestle yet, but she’s a master craftswoman. I would have never known this prize trophy was damaged earlier tonight!
