I wouldnt mind if Daniels turns heel if he brings up the Fallen Angel character again(his 2007 self)

I wouldn’t even consider them as a team anymore. I don’t think they need to break up - I think Daniels will retire; while Kaz and Sky go at it alone.

Daniels has slowly been bringing back the scruff so hopefully we do get Fallen Angel back. SCU really does need to turn heel because the act is becoming a bit stale.

I think Daniels is transitioning into a semi-retirement role, while Scorpio is ostensibly positioned to become an upper card singles guy, and Kaz a veteran JTTS type.
Normally, I would be all for the Fallen Angel making a return, but I'm not sure AEW really has a spot for another vaguely dark and brooding culty character with Darby, Sting, the Dark Order, and even Chaos Project all running around.

Loved SCU on the indies, for whatever reason they just didn't click in AEW.

I love that their character arc is seeing that post-match rap and being like "Wow, we lost to that guy? We really are in the dumps."

Turning Daniels heel, and leaving Kazarian/Scorpio Sky as a tag team could work.
If they're that insistent on keeping the latter two in a three man team, then find out where Curry Man has retired to, get him in AEW, and have him join up. Spicy Curry Uncensored could be a great trios team and quite frankly I think his ring work is more impressive than Daniels'.

Do we know he hasn’t gotten fat?

Loved SCU on the indies, for whatever reason they just didn't click in AEW. They haven’t been able to show their natural charisma. They do a lot of back and forth with the fans, and the empty arena shows killed that. I would like to see Daniels get a World Title run before he retires. He’s busted his ass for decades, and never really got the recognition he deserves.

They could easily still be a faction but also do their own thing. I wish more factions would do that. The only time I've ever seen it done well is Triple H and Shawn Michaels, where they had their own careers but were DX when one of them needed backup or a tag partner. Taker and Kane did this well with Brothers of Destruction too. I don't get this thing where people have to either be a full time stable or officially break up.

Loved SCU on the indies, for whatever reason they just didn't click in AEW. Their stuff got over pre-AEW but the issue always was they'll get cheered for doing a heel schtick and they never adjusted. Still a great in-ring team but they needed a little extra something character wise and never got it.

Loved SCU on the indies, for whatever reason they just didn't click in AEW. It's not whatever reason, the reason seemed obvious to me. They had them be white meat babyfaces instead of leaning into what made them popular, their heel promos, their "WORST TOWN I'VE EVER BEEN TO" shtick. They vastly overestimated how people would care about SCU no matter what they did... and no one cared about them as regular run of the mill babyfaces, and they still really don't. All three can still go, there's nothing wrong with them there, but they desperately need character changes.

I do think it's time to end SCU. You have seen Scorpio working in the mid card with Spears by himself, but its not getting a lot of traction, but he is learning to work a character on his own.
Kazarian had a good match with Jericho, and came off like the best thing in the match this week, I think he has a resurgence in him. He still looks young.
Daniels is the head of talent relations, and I feel he can do a thing here and there, but probably best to save him for small spots.
I am one of those people who popped for their promo on BTE, and wondered why they dropped it to be faces on TV. I do kind of wish they'd get back together for one day and do the this is the worst down bit, and its Jacksonville which is where every show has been for almost a year.

It's funny; it's not like they've disappeared off TV yet I always forget they're still a thing.
It's definitely time to split them up.

I do wonder if they will try to keep the trio around until their eventual trios division gets off the ground. They are probably the most accomplished trio in AEW in terms of championships, so an early elimination in a trios tournament when they won the initial tag tournament would be a good way to finally split SCU for good.

Good. They were an albatross that stunk up the tag divisiom as inaugural champs.

Why not stick Daniels with The Dark Order? Depending on how long Brodie Lee is going to be out for, they could have him take on a temporary leadership role alongside Uno which would allow TDO to return to the upper-midcard without Lee
