Title speaks for itself. Here is my list:
John Cena- vs Rock at Mania 28 (I’d say 29 because it was for the title but it didn’t feel as special as 28) Eddie Guerrero- vs Brock No way out 2004 CM Punk- vs Cena at MITB 2011 Randy Orton- I guess HHH at mania 25? The Undertaker- vs HBK mania 25

Its hard to think of one specific match, especially modern era with like 12 or more PPV matches for 10+years straight for some people
Hulk Hogan vs andre - wrestlemania 3
Chris Benoit v HBK v HHH - Wrestlemania whatever
Mick Foley v Undertaker KOTR? Or maybe vs Sting in WCW in terms of helping his career? Or v Rock on Raw?
Scotty 2 Hotty v Dean Makenko?
Jeff Hardy v Undertaker ladder match?

Look at today’s stars. What the hell would they be?
Sheamus said years ago his biggest program was vs. Triple H at Mania. Seriously that guy has been a rumble winner, king of the ring, multiple time world champion. Yet what program would be remembered for? 18 seconds?
You can do this with so many current stars...
Owens. Losing to Goldberg? Beating Jericho?
Finn Balor. Losing to Lesnar? Winning the Universal title and having to forfite it?
Braun. Beating Goldberg?
For most of these guys it’s either losing/beating Lesnar or some other part timer, maybe winning the world title in forgettable fashion. Nobody has big matches anymore because every match is done to death.

Daniel Bryan vs Randy Orton vs Batista at Mania is probably Daniel Bryan's biggest moment and one of the biggest moments in wrestling of the past 15 years easily.

Orton vs Edge at Backlash this year was Orton's best ever match IMO.

Warrior was definitely againat Hogan at Wrestlemania VI. Hogan himself is interesting, as André is obvious, but Savage at 'Mania V, Warrior at 'Mania VI or even Sting at Starrcade '97 are all worthy contenders.

I’d also give a mention to his match with Andre from The Main Event in 1988, where he was screwed out of the belt. The viewing figures for it are insane.

Becky's was probably the SummerSlam triple threat with Carmella and Charlotte, even though she lost.

Orton- for him I'd say Wrestlemania 24 vs HHH and Cena. During a great(imo) heel run, went in as champ and actually retained. He's had many great big matches before and after that, but to me that was the peak of his dominant heel champ run.
Cena- probably vs Rock at 28. That got so much publicity and attention.
Rock- tempted to say Wrestlemania X7 vs Austin, but for him I gotta go with the Hogan match. Icon vs Icon, and it was so memorable and big.
Austin- I'm biased for the 13 Bret match because it's my favorite and imo his best ever match. But in terms of biggest, it's definitely vs Rock at X7. That shattered records, sold out a stadium and was also a great match(even if the heel turn marred it a bit.)
Shawn Michaels- Iron man match at WM 12 vs Bret. He's had much better matches before and since, but that was the pinnacle of their rivalry and the New Generation era of WWF. Or, you could also argue the Survivor Series 1997 match for much different reasons.

For The Rock I'm going to go with Backlash 2000 vs. HHH. You can really choose a few different matches for him, though, like the SummerSlam ladder match with HHH, Survivor Series 1998 vs. Mankind, and WM X8 vs. Hogan. But I think the Backlash match with HHH told a great story with Rock making good on his guarantee and finally beating his biggest rival.

Shinsuke vs Sami is the pinnacle of Shinsuke’s entire WWE career. A top moment for Sami as well.
Unfortunately it’s the reason I never got into Shinsuke, because he never approached anywhere near that level ever again. Didn’t care about him at all until his heel turn.

Their biggest match and not necessarily best?
I'm judging biggest by how much excitement it felt like there was going in. Foley v Taker at KOTR and Taker v Lesnar at WM 30 became famous because of the cell toss and the streak ending but those weren't hugely anticipated matches beforehand so I wouldn't include examples like that.
Undertaker - v Austin at Summerslam 1998 HBK - v Austin at WM 14 Cena - v Rock at WM 28 Orton - v HHH at WM 25 Lesnar - v Cena at ER 2012 Goldberg - v Lesnar at WM 20 (the Hogan Nitro match if we're including WCW) HHH - v Rock at Backlash 2000 Batista - v HHH at WM 21 Roman - Shield v Wyatts at EC 2013 (this was a tough one, his 4 WM main events all felt like they had negative hype going in) Seth - v Lesnar at WM 35 Bryan - v HHH/Batista/Orton at WM 30 AJ - v Cena at RR 2017 Punk - v Cena at MITB 2011 Angle - v Lesnar at WM 19 Kane - v Taker at WM 14 Big Show - v Mayweather at WM 24 Bray - v Cena at WM 30 Drew - v Lesnar at WM 36 RVD - v Cena at ONS 2006 Rey - v Angle/Orton at WM 22 Jericho - v HHH at WM 18 Edge - v Taker at WM 24 Owens - v Cena at EC 2015 Kofi - v Bryan at WM 30 Ziggler - v Cena at TLC 2012 Sheamus - v Bryan at WM 28 Miz - v Cena at WM 27 Braun - v Lesnar at No Mercy 2017 Jeff - v Edge/HHH at Armageddon 2008 Nakamura - v AJ at WM 34

Would have Mayweather asked for much more huge money if he was fighting anyone else except Big Show? I Still want a match against #BadMan #ChainGangSoldier John Cena!

If Taker stays retired I feel that might be AJ’s biggest match because of what an honour it is.
Either that or vs Cena at Summerslam 2016

Either that or vs Cena at Summerslam 2016 The Cena match at Summerslam IMO is the match that pushed AJ into pro wrestling immortality. He did big stuff in TNA and NJPW but the higher viewership, the promos with John leading up to it, how intense the match was and Styles going over clean as a sheet are hard to disregard for me.

Others (I’m judging off how important I think the match was to their legacy):
HHH: I’d say the Cactus Jack fight at Royal Rumble 2000 Brock: vs Undertaker, WM30 Undertaker: vs HBK, Hell In A Cell 1997 Asuka: vs. Becky, Royal Rumble 2019 Cena: The Rock matches in terms of spectacle and hype, but I’ll also mention the Judgment Day fight with JBL. They basically had a bloody W*ING match. Randy Orton: the WM24 Triple Threat, which I think is underrated.

I’m not sure if AJ becoming WWE Champion a month later was decided before this match but I like to think AJ’s performance here made Vince want to put the title on him. AJ’s 2 matches with Roman that year as well were hugely important to him becoming a main event fixture in WWE.

Consider the fact that Rock and Austin's original runs, from debut to retirement, were about eight years. Hogan's initial run, from debut to signing with WCW was just under ten years. Macho's run with the company was about six years from debut to retirement, with another three years on commentary. How many immortal moments does any one of those superstars have?

Stars don't need matches. They naturally occur in space.
