Roman is a really good promo, and does not really need Paul. Always loved his work in WCW and WWE during the invasion. With each commentary team sounding generic and the same, he could really help.

Talking Smack is probably the closest you'll get to having him as a color commentator. Not sure if he wants to actually sit at the announcers table and call the shows anymore.

Heyman was one of the best commentators of all time back in 2001.
If Vince f***ed off out of his ear, I'm sure he would be happy to do it again.

Heyman was one of the best commentators of all time back in 2001. If Vince f***ed off out of his ear, I'm sure he would be happy to do it again. Was he removed from commentary in 01 because of issues with Vince? I always thought it was because it was a logical end to the invasion and Lawler returned to the company |
