That store looked amazing and I wish I had gotten the chance to visit it.

I loved going to Time Square TRU. That giant T-Rex was always worth seeing when I had time to kill in nyc

I loved going there every time we went to NYC. I'd never seen a selection of WWF action figures before. Full sections for all different licenses of toys, the coolest Lego setups, and a giant ferris wheel! Place was awesome.

I don't think I ever bought anything there (Times Square prices and all), but the Times Square TRU was a lot of fun to visit.

I don't think I ever bought anything there (Times Square prices and all), but the Times Square TRU was a lot of fun to visit. Same. Although I remember the Head Honcho of that location in its early days, was the "Principal For A Day" of my elementary school and spoke at graduation later that year.

I used to take dates there (in mine and their 20's). The dinasour always popular. I bought the Batman Animated Series Batcave/Wayne Manor there. I'm old.

I went in there once or twice during the mid-late 2000's and it was......nice, but wow did the crowds really wipe out the wonder of the experience. I think my 2nd time in there I was wanting out like a minute after I walked in.

Been there multiple times, but I preferred FAO Schwarz.

When I volunteered in the city, I ALWAYS went to this TRU. Got my Masters of the Universe reissues from there and from FAO Schwarz.

Never been, but my sisters have. Their dance school had a biannual trip to New York and they always hit the big spots, including this.

Just turned this on and in the process it occurred to me that I actually went there once.

It seems like it would have been a cool place to have the Nickelodeon Super Toy Run.
