Just in the wwe. I’d have to say either Cena or Hogan. Maybe Cena since he has more title defenses under his belt

Had to split it up into three different eras since they're so different from one another.
WWWF: Bruno Sammartino WWF: Hulk Hogan WWE: John Cena
All-time goes to Bruno because he is still the longest reigning World champion in company history. He was such an attraction that folks would still come out to see him wrestle on occasion well into Hogan's first run, helping many of them become fans of Hogan's as well. In the video announcing Bruno's induction into the HOF, Cena said that Bruno was his father's - and grandfather's - favorite wrestler. That means you can make a case that without Bruno, Cena's family may never have loved wrestling and Cena may never have gotten in the sport.

Bret Hart
- 2nd ever to win the WWF Championship 5x (1st being Hulk Hogan) - 2 x Intercontinental Champion - 2 x Tag team Champion - Royal Rumble winner - King of the Ring winner
For the championships and accolades available to him in the era he competed, he over-achieved.

Could be brock..king of the ring, Royal rumble, money in the bank and all the titles he held were the top teir ones... didn't waste his time going for secondary/silver titles.

I feel like Sheamus has completed the WWE by already winning everything possibly available (swapping the WHC for the Universal title).
