Maybe not popculture but during a meeting about improving my workplace and issues we're having. One major issue was brought up and I quoted hulk hogan from batb 2000 by saying the reason this company is in the shape it's in is because of bs like this.

This is one of mine, and Bottom too.
Also the Simpsons, Peep Show, Alan Partridge, The Office (the original/proper one), The Day Today and Brass Eye.

Countless Simpsons references, but the one I probably use most often when somebody says something stupid is “You’re a dull boy, Billy.”

MST3k will always be the go to source for me to pull quotes out of, intentional or otherwise.

Just thought of a one my friends and I used a lot over the years. From The Great Muppet Caper.
"Good idea. Here's the paper towels."

"You son of a bitch!" from Predator, in Arnold's voice, of course "You're not wrong. You're just an asshole" from The Big Lebowski "Way!" (in response to "No way!") and "Game on!" from Wayne's World "Whoa!" either in the voice of Neo from The Matrix or Wayne from Wayne's World depending on my mood "Quiet, you numbskulls!" in the voice of Moe from the Three Stooges "That is highly illogical, Captain," in Spock's voice "That does not compute," in the voice of the Lost In Space robot "I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that" in the voice of HAL 9000 And a couple of really obscure ones that only my girlfriend and I get - "Yeah!" in imitation of Rothbart at the end of his villain song in The Swan Princess, and "You weren't kidding about that new breed of woman, doc!" in the voice of the sexist military officer from It Came From Beneath the Sea.

Off the top of my head I came up with "I DECLARE THIS PIZZA TO BE.... AWESOME!" from Mr. Show.
I started calling second movies "THE QUICKENING"

When I need to get my wife’s attention I say “Hey Woman!” in the style of Clubber Lang talking to Adrian in Rocky III. Amazingly, I’m still married.

Too many Simpsons reference to count. Simpsons is so ingrained into culture now that the references I make and that people I know make are so incredibly weird. If someone asks me a question that has a yes or no answer, and the answer is yes, I will say 'TIS said Aunt Helllllga.'

A couple I say all the time to people, but fit nicely enough into a conversation so that no one would ever get them.
“No sir, I don’t like it.” Like Mr. Horse from Ren & Stimpy.
“Four inches is fine.” Robin Quivers said this on the Howard Stern show. They used to play it all the time as a clip mostly in regard to penis size. I say it in regard to the amount of snow we get.

That's easy for me.
Whenever somebody asks where somebody or something is, in 9 times out of 10, the first thing out of my mouth will be a situation appropriate variation of "HE'S AT HOME, WASHING HIS TIGHTS!!!"
