I remembered this gif out of nowhere Still makes me laugh. Thank you Brodie. Brodie calmly pushing the table over is a neat contrast to what his AEW persona would be doing. "If I violently tip it over, it might lead to a bigger mess for somebody to clean up. I'll just do it calmly."

ANNA, WHY?!” “Stu, why was your foot in the way of the table?!” “....Silver” “F***ING SILVER!”

Another must see Brodie match uploaded, from King of Trios 2009, Team Uppercut (Bryan Danielson, Dave Taylor, Claudio Castagnoli) vs The Roughnecks (Brodie Lee, Grizzly Redwood, and Eddie Kingston)
I was really hoping this one would get uploaded, was not disappointed.

So I mentioned early in this thread that my first exposure to Brodie Lee was through 2CW and the Upstate NY wrestling scene.
Well, one of, if not my best friend, worked for 2CW until it closed and started his training in Rochester where Brodie was one of the people running classes at the school. He and another 2CW guy and friend of mine have their own little podcast and they scrapped the format this week to talk Brodie. I asked him if I could post it here, so here it is.
It's 70 minutes, but if you want some Brodie stories when he was rolling on the scene as Brodie Lee, like 2007-2010, it's well worth your time.

The night that changed a career forever. Brodie Lee debuts as his new gimmick, "The Big Rig" Two notes: Man it is just weird seeing Brodie Lee with short hair and bear. And are the Olsens supposed to be parodying The Bucks?

Jimmy Olsen's probably one of the more underrated wrestlers of this time period And Colin... doesn't look a thing like he did from his 07-10 CHIKARA and ECW runs now. He almost became a clone of Daniel Bryan lol

The night that changed a career forever. Brodie Lee debuts as his new gimmick, "The Big Rig" Also Fire Ant is Orange Cassidy, as I’m sure most people know. Soldier Ant is Drew Gulak, which I’m sure is also common knowledge at this point. I’m unsure about Worker Ant here, if that’s Tracy Williams before he became Green/Silver Ant. OC has a lot of history with Brodie and I’d love to hear more about it. I’m glad they got to have their match in AEW. Crazy that it was his second to last one ever.

Apparently, Worker 1 joined the military, which is why Green/Silver Ant took his place in the group.

This was 2 months after the Bucks made there debut for PWG and they didn’t have much character yet. Olsens were so far ahead of there time, a super funny team that worked really well together. At one of the King of Trios Colin couldn’t be there because of WWE so they drew a random name from a hat. They drew Retail Dragon.....Brodie playing the pissed off disappointed tag partner to him is so good.

Don't want to get this away from Brodie... but kinda feel bad for Jimmy like everyone he's tagged with made it to a bigger stage than he did. Collin had his cup of coffee in the WWE, Brodie obviously... Lince and Helios/Ricochet are currently in the WWE and Ricochet became a massive deal on the indies before that...
