Beautiful show, perfectly presented.
I was wondering how long I would last til I cried, and I lasted all of like 30 seconds....once I saw Brodie Jr. in a purple suit emulating his dad that broke me.

A wonderful tribute show.
They did Brodie's memory proud.

I didn't get a chance to watch the whole show live last night due to work, but caught up on what I could this morning via clips and such. I really should've waited until I wasn't at work to watch it, because I'm here tearing up and holding back full-on crying just on that 10-bell salute alone. My youngest being no more than 18 months old, seeing Nolan looking around innocent and somewhat oblivious to the situation at hand just ripped my heart apart knowing that he and his older brother won't have their father there for the big moments in their lives, though it goes without saying they will have quite a few father figures (and mother figures) looking out for them as they grow up.
This is just as rough as the Owen/Eddie shows, perhaps even more so because of how much more of the curtain has been peeled back thanks to a combination of social media presence he's always had in the last decade as well as the stories coming out from all his peers after his unfortunate passing.
He may never be spoken of in the same manner as Eddie or Owen as far as their in-ring inspirations or accolades, but I can imagine there are very few who could ever measure up to his compassion and love for both his peers and his family. I can only hope to live up to the same kind of legacy Jon leaves behind.

John Silver just posted a backstage video of Brodie Jr. hitting all the Dark Order members with a kendo stick and it brought a smile to my face.

I’m hoping that at some point, they have Brodie Jr throwing the papers at someone in the Dark Order My first thought was -1 should be around from time to time on BTE to continue the comedy. They could treat him almost like a "king-in-waiting" as a leader from afar. I think it would be a great honor to Brodie's/Jon's legacy. The more I've been thinking, I'm amazed how fun that show was with all the pain everyone was/is feeling from the loss of Brodie. I remember Owen's and feeling sad throughout the entire thing even though they tried to make it as upbeat (maybe not the right word) as possible. I don't think the situations were the same, but still. Last night's show was had a fun feeling even with the circumstances. I hope this thought comes across the way I'm wanting it to.

I caught the tribute show late, and held it together through the show proper just fine, but once Ol' 55 started I just folded.

I'm man enough to say I cried all the way through it. What a beautiful tribute to a beautiful person.

Amanda Huber posted a bunch of her personal photos from the night. The one of Tony Khan and Brodie Jr. hugging in the middle of the ring broke me.
