He's going to be impossible to boo as it is at the moment anyway, and he's SUCH a natural babyface. He's smaller than your average wrestler, but a "pint-size powerhouse", relatively speaking, to make him more than believable in Kayfabe.

The entire Dark Order should be a face faction from now on, and I have a feeling they will be.

But Silver is impossible to ignore, he really is, he's a god damn star in and out of the ring. If he doesn't get a big title win in 2021 I will be stunned.

Honestly, I see Kenny, the Bucks, and the Good Bros basically forming an American Bullet Club to take up the heel void the Dark Order leaves.

Hangman doesn't necessarily become the "leader" of the Dark Order, but at least their Ace.

John Silver has been one of the biggest faces in the company for months now. If there were crowds, he would have been turned forever ago. I mean tonight, he was a face and the crowd exploded, and Ross called him a white meat babyface.

I don't know where everything goes, but he is winning the TNT title at some point.

You can have Hangman as their leader or even Silver himself.

You really don’t change too much. Anna Jay can still be exasperated by them, but she sticks around because underneath it all she’s come to really like them.

Hangman's the new Ace, I'd have Uno be the leader and the brains still but Hangman is the clear Ace, almost like the new glue. If Redbeard signs I'd make him the new heavy enforcer that fits anywhere he is needed. Conti finally ends her month long debate and joins Conti as the second Dark Order woman and TayJay are legit. 

As you said, nothing much needs to change at all, maybe someone else goes heel eventually like someone suggested The Young Bucks with Kenny, to oppose Hangman eventually, but Dark Order just work as faces, no one wants to boo them anyway anymore, so I'd love to see a bunch of feel good stuff happen with them.

Even before Brodie's tragic passing, they were getting very hard to ignore. Silver especially. Can't really do that anymore... especially not after tonight.

Honestly it really shows that even with Eddie's Family and The Inner Circle, that with The Dark Order turning faces it feels there is something lacking in the heel side.

The heels would still have on top of what you listed Miro/Kip, Hybrid 2, The Acclaimed, FTR, Team Taz, and Omega/Good Brothers potentially. You also have Matt going heel, whether he gets Private Party to go along with him or gets new lackeys is yet to be seen.

Dark Order going faces definitely make more faces but they can work with it, make new heels, turn some other acts heel like whenever PAC and Death Triangle are done beefing with Kingston potentially? 

It's one of those things where you just gotta roll with the punches. Keeping them heel would be detrimental to everyone within the group, no one wants to boo them and Dark Order is now fueled by a desire to carry on the memory of Brodie. The show was canon to everything going on in AEW, they even made point to advance storyline just a tad during the night so... Dark Order's overall direction is gonna be very interesting to monitor the next few weeks. I imagine they're gonna get segments (No matches listed for New Years Smash... yet) to cement these ideas of going face, Hangman joining, etc. Time will tell.

I imagine BTE will help push the story of TDO becoming faces, as well as Hangman being with them.
