The week before the Benoit murders The Iron Sheik showed up on RAW to announce that the next week he was gonna debut a new talk show. I want to say in that same segment The Daltons made their tv debut but Festus wasn’t doing the bell gimmick yet and he was just a normal hillbilly type character with Jesse.

Tommaso Ciampa appeared on Impact AND NXT on the same night in 2015. Since both shows were taped well in advance and Impact was already on Destination America by this point, this didn't quite make the same headlines as Rick Rude appearing on Raw and Nitro on the same night in 1997. In fact I've never heard anyone mention it ever. I'm starting to think I may have dreamt the whole thing up. If I remember right ROH was also on Destination America during that time and Ciampa was also on that episode of ROH TV that day. This was definitely that same time period but I don't remember Ciampa being on that ROH episode. I could be wrong. If so that has to be a record for a guy appearing on the most wrestling shows in one night.

That kid was one of the Usos. I had no idea of that. Does anybody else have info on the skit? Is it on youtube anywhere? Also, I remember in the RAW vs. Smackdown games, one of the playable legends was Dusty Rhodes and he was the Million Dollar Champion. First off, that title is associated with Ted Dibiase, and secondly, he never even held the championship. Even their feud had nothing to do with that belt, let alone him ever winning it. Edit:I found the "Stone Cold" stunning Santa clip. www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TBwOwulNm4 In the first SvR, Bubba ray dudley was listed as... A light heavyweight! In SvR 2006, the default smackdown tag champions were, Muhammed Hassan & Khosrow Daivari, also in the same game, if a wrestler was a special referee in GM mode, they would get a loss on their record and it could affect their morale

Tully, Arn and Ric calling themselves The 3 Horsemen. Or maybe it was in a 😴💭. 🤷🏾♂️ Definitely happened, Ole was out with a broken arm (I think) at the hands of Dusty Rhodes. in January 1986, Ole suffered a leg injury at the hands of Dusty Rhodes and the Road Warriors. Ole returned 3 months later.

I remember that one time on Monday Night Raw they had this voiceover by this guy doing a stereotypical "smooth ladykiller voice" about how sexy the match between Candice Michelle and Ashley Massaro was going to be. Sadly, WWE never duplicated this experiment.

Doing Bubba Ray's 2002 singles run, I remember he was in a mix tag team match(I think he was tagging with Trish) and in the middle of the match, he was whipping Molly Holly across the ropes, did a dance with her, then proceeded to clothesline her. Anybody know which match I'm talking about?

You can look up Bubba and Trish vs Big Show and Molly for a similar spot to you described on ending in a body slam. He also did another dancing spot with her in a intergender tables match with Bubba and Trish vs Molly and Chris Nowinski

Does anybody remember The Unamericans doing a favor for Chris Jericho and then being rewarded with gifts in the end? I believe Test gave one of the divas that gift, she opened it, and it was a Chris Jericho T-shirt and he told her "it was the thought that counts." I forgot the details though, somebody please fill me in.
Oh, and during that same time period, The Dudley Boys were giving out Christian and Chris Jericho's clothes to the crowd and found ass cream in one of their bags. Jericho and Christian then came out(wearing nothing but towels) only for Spike to come out and strip them of it.

Here's another one. At an MSG house show in 1990 during a Tugboat match, one of the commentators suggested he team with Earthquake(despite being different alignments at the time) to form a big man team. A year later they did just that. I can't find the clip, but I swear it happened.

Hey, Bubba had some moves especially for a big guy! DANCE BUBBA DANCE! GO BUBBA! GO BUBBA! Hell yeah he did! And this wasn't the slimmed down Bubba we saw years later in TNA. This was Bubba at his heaviest. He had to be well over 300 pounds at the time!

They finally compromised on flesh colored thongs and digital censorship. It’s disturbing to think Vince had to be convinced in the first place. You think someone else in creative/production would have mentioned it may anger sponsors and/or USA Network.

I'm pretty sure it was in their Iron Man match at Judgement Day 2000, but does anybody besides me remember Triple H and The Rock using the other one's finishers on one another? I believe it was on top of the commentators table.

The Kat being Women's Champion because she won a chocolate pool fatal four way match at Armageddon 1999. Then she dropped the title a few weeks later to Harvey Whippleman in drag. What a clown show.

I am sure that the pool was filled with water, not chocolate. She was in a pudding match the following night, however.

I knew somewhere there was a pudding match around that time. Wasn't there one when X-Pac put on goggles and jumped in to attack Tori? I should have known exactly what happened, as The Kat did absolutely nothing with the title. People get on Stephanie being the worst Women's Champion, but at least she had a decent storyline with it. The Kat won it, showed her "puppies", paraded around with it, and then lost the title to Harvey Whippleman in a "Lumberjill match".
