He knew who Christian was because Vince kept holding up a sign with a blue dot on it in front of Christian's face. Wait, what?

Sin Cara is practically Charlie Brown-esque in his ability to find failure and misfortune in the most unexpected places.

Sin Cara is practically Charlie Brown-esque in his ability to find failure and misfortune in the most unexpected places. I think the weirdest thing is that this stuff seems to only happen when he’s in America. Like, in Mexico and Japan he got up to stuff but nothing outside of the norm for those countries. In America? It’s like he’s constantly getting the Monkey Paw wish for almost every situation in his life.

That has to be a soul-smashing experience.[/quote] He was able to laugh about it and he probably realizes Bruno was just trying to be nice and it was the wrong person. I am fully in the Billy Graham camp of thinking Bruno only took the HOF induction for money so I doubt Bruno was really following WWE at all. He probably knew a few main guys or watched a little bit when he knew he would be doing the HOF and wound up confusing the two.

He also told a story on his christmas LJN retrospective with Conrad and Ryder last year that at the 2013 hall of fame backstage, or wrestlemania, Bruno Sammartino came over to him with a big smile on his face and stuck out his hand for a shake saying "Mike the Miz, Bruno Sammartino, I watch you every week on TV." That has to be a soul-smashing experience. Here's a bad one. There was a group of us outside an arena prior to a house show about 15+ years ago and we saw a load of wrestlers coming off the bus and going in. Someone got excited and shouted "oh my god look who's here!" at a wrestler who turned round to wave at them, only for the same person to shout "oh no it's just Mark Jindrak". I think about this often.
