The last spots in the rumble are just an endless parade of the former nxt champions available.
Makes most sense with the women as they could feasibly all be in the ring at once.

All 30 spots are determined with 30 1v1 qualifier matches held throughout the month. Placement is based on how quickly the winners won their matches, IE the fastest win get entry #30.

Remember how Finkle use to announce the opening back in the day, the whole “Introducing the participant who drew number one! And now, the participant who drew number two!”
Have a legend or someone be the guest ring announcer for the Rumble, they say “And now, introducing the Superstar who drew #1” and the #1 entry comes out.
Then the guest announcer declares “And now, the Superstar who drew #2!” at which point they sucker punch the first guy, ideally while wearing brass knuckles, and say “ME!”, because they were the #2 entry the whole time,
The bell rings and he throws #1 out of the ring immediately.

Sorry if I'm blanking and this has happened but a faction or tag team successfully making it through the whole thing and being the last ones, and then having to fight for it.

A guy makes one of the saves in which he ends up on the announce table or whatever. He just waits there because there is no incentive to hurry up and get back in. There really needs to be a count or timer so guys don't sit outside the ring and come back in at the end. I hate that.

Someone eliminating the Big Show. It’s impossible to get him over the top rope, you know.

A "worked shoot" surprise entrant that wins. Have a debuting wrestler jump the barricade when the final four participants seem set. They tough it out until the end. Chaos closes the show. Does s/he deserve to go to Wrestlemania even though they weren't officially entered? Tune into Monday Night Raw to find out what happens next.
If WWE wanted to have them make it all the way to Wrestlemania have a stip where they only earn the shot if they can run the gauntlet and beat the other 4 eliminated wrestlers in singles matches. To make it work it would have to be someone the company was very high on, obviously, but it would be a way to make them into a big deal fairly quick.

Shane and Stephanie's kids enter the ring at one point and eliminate everyone. Then run in later and eliminate everyone. Then run in at the end, eliminate the apparent winner, bell rings, they win the entire match.

I want to see somebody who isn't a former champion or already in the main event win a Rumble. I want to see a "WWE midcard at best" talent win and end up going on to try and be a true underdog winner at Mania.
In the current WWE, the level of talent I'm thinking of would be like: Morrison, Mustafa, Otis, Cesaro, Dana Brooke, Liv Morgan
But instead we'll get the WWE bullshit style underdog "NOBODY THOUGHT I COULD WIN" winners like Charlotte and Seth Rollins.

Injury spot where somebody in the first few numbers gets taken out on a stretcher (feet never touching the ground) early, but returns later in the same Rumble driving the (now stolen) ambulance down to the ring and re-entering (again, avoiding touching the ground). And now the ambulance is there at ringside for the rest of the Rumble for save/elimination spots. Kane doing the corner pyro to scare someone into/out of an elimination. Austin did that in 99. Minus the ambulance being at ringside.

A true underdog winner. A scrappy underdog capitalises on the complacency of the main card guys and steals the win at the end. It sets up a story where he gets written off as a challenger, considered unworthy of headlining Mania, leading to some Rocky-style training montages, some comedy skits and a hard-fought loss at Mania. Santino would've been perfect for it. It is kind of inexcusable they never did this given they have had two world titles multiple times and 'prestige' winners like Edge have jerked the curtain

Somebody is in the midst of the traditional "thrown out but both feet didn't hit the floor, so he's trying to get back in the ring" schtick (the Kofi special, but if Kofi's injured, have somebody else do it). The next entrant comes out and just beats the shit out of him, and possibly tells him "stop trying to be cute with this shit".

I think a woman's rumble recently someone got thrown out Nd landed flat on her back on the floor but her legs were up off the mat so she's not eliminated. Such bullshit. I'd love an entrant still in the rumble to see that BS and quickly slide under the bottom rope and slam that person's feet onto the mat so they're eliminated in a really unremarkable way and then they can bore off to the back without their crappy Kofi-esque moment

Ring demolition scenario #6: 4 or 5 guys are doing the classic try to eliminate one guy in the most awkward way possible against the ropes when Big E comes out and tears the ring post off and they all fall out when the ropes go slack.
Big E throws Rey Mysterio like a football....Gronk catches him spikes him and does a celebration dance.

I want to see an awesome self-elimination where someone does an insane move that takes both themself and their arch nemesis out. They hate this dude so much that they would rather ensure neither of them win than take a chance.
Then of course you have a solid Mania feud with those two.

Let's just put Kacy Catanzaro in all the Rumbles and see what she can do!

Guy handcuffs himself to the ropes so he can't be eliminated. This is amazing. This would be great for someone like Santino, constantly getting the shit kicked out of him but never eliminated. He can even slide up and down one rope so he's not in the same corner all the time.

Guy handcuffs himself to the ropes so he can't be eliminated. I sort of hate the fact this spot was done amazingly in an Aztec Warfare match but the person who did it can’t ever be really mentioned again so hey, WWE, do that at some point please.
