I love watching Tom Brady football. The GOAT without any doubt.

at this point you gotta believe Bill Belichick is like "huh, I guess if I actually got Brady some real weapons on offense he could've taken us to the AFC title game" It wasn鈥檛 for lack of effort. The Patriots drafted a running back and a wide receiver in the first round in back-to-back years. They just drafted the wrong ones. In 2018, the Patriots selected Sony Michel four picks before Nick Chubb. (And for what it鈥檚 worth, Michel was outstanding in the 2018-19 playoff run en route to winning Super Bowl LIII). In 2019, they chose N鈥橩eal Harry four picks ahead of Deebo Samuel, 19 picks before A.J. Brown, and 32 picks before DK Metcalf. If they land Chubb instead of Michel and Metcalf instead of Harry, there鈥檚 no talk about the Patriots not giving Brady weapons. I think more so Pats always making Brady, make everyone else better plays a part They didn't keep him a weapon outside of Gronk. Then again, Bill hardly keeps anyone once they are due for a big pay raise passed what he is comfortable paying

imagine if Green Bay didn't waste their first round pick this year If you listen to everyone else, that's the best thing they did cause they "motivated" Rodgers It was the same with the Patriots drafting Jimmy Garoppolo in the second round in 2014. It rejuvenated Tom Brady's career. Brady in 2013 had his worst season in almost a decade (25 touchdowns, 11 interceptions, 60.5 completion percentage) and the Patriots used the highest pick they'd ever used on a quarterback to select Garoppolo the following spring. Some said it was a wake-up call for Brady, others said it pissed him off. Whatever wording you want to use, Brady used that motivation to win three Super Bowls in five years, winning two Super Bowl MVPs, and an NFL MVP in 2017. They didn't keep him a weapon outside of Gronk. Then again, Bill hardly keeps anyone once they are due for a big pay raise passed what he is comfortable paying It's rarely come back to bite him. How many offensive skill position players have left New England for more money and gone on to more success outside of the Patriots? Deion Branch leaving prior to the 2006 season is literally the only example I can think of, and even then, it's not like he went to Seattle and became an All-Pro, he just continued to be a solid number one receiver.

They didn't but more so the point is if Brady has a connection with someone and likes them, he rather keep them and thee is something to be said for throwing your star player a bone sometimes

Rodgers was super late on that 3rd down throw to Adams. Not good enough.
