In homage to Not Another Teen Movie, we present Not Another Terminator Movie.
The Terminator goes back several years before the events of Terminator 1, as the grumpy vice-principal hell bent on making sure that the romance doesn't happen between Sarah Connor and that mysterious transfer student Kyle Reese.
And while it's not a movie by them, let's just go the Friedberg and Seltzer route and fill the entire thing with Arnold "parodies".
Ending with the terminator getting pregnant.

I feel about Terminator the same way I feel about Star Wars. There's such a huge world of possibilities for the franchise that's hindered by focusing on the same small group of characters.
For Star Wars, it's the Skywalkers. For Terminator, it's the Connors.
Do a movie about what other people were doing during Judgement Day, and the following years. A small group of people who's never heard of John Connor trying to survive against an army of robots that want to kill them just because they're human. You can do so much with this franchise, but the reliance on John Connor holds it back.

Just let it die. Hollywood needs to stop re-using repurposing movies With the exception of 21 Jump Street, have any of these re-makes ever have been better than their source material? Some would possibly say the Mission: Impossible movies at least being equal to the shows that came before.

Use a Men In Black device to erase the collective memories of all the film's after T2. Done.

ignore the connor family, show skynet being destroyed/wiped from the timelines but not before it sends one last terminator back with it's base code in an attempt to save itself from deletion, but have that terminator as the focus of the story and it's attempts at kickstarting skynet and the terminator program
have that terminator be the reason why skynet keeps appearing in the various timelines if need be.
or just go balls out insane with the whole franchise.

Retcon the line by John Connor in T2, "Mom got training from some green beret out in Mexico" to mean the Green Beret is actually John Rambo. Cue Rambo vs Terminator.

I’m sitting down to watch Dark Fate
Ten minutes in and my eyes are already rolled to the back of my head
Did they use the same “extras” casting agency AMC uses to find this Terminator?
