That's Cole Beasley for you. If it's an important game like this, he's literally not gonna be able to get out of bed for him not to be playing.

Brady's gonna have to step it up or play a little sharper, I think. They almost blew a 28-10 lead against the Packers. Kansas City has shown that they will capitalize on mistakes. Brady can't have 3 INTs like he did yesterday. He kept going to the deep ball well. It was weird. What's more weird is over the course of the season, they tired it a ton on 3rd and short situations.

This Chiefs team is something special. Mahomes looks like he can throw the ball anywhere, from anywhere. Just a fantastic team to watch.
As a Bucs fan, it has been absolute agooooony for the longest time supporting this team. To see them in a Superbowl almost beggars belief. Yes, they were champions in 2003 (not exactly forever ago), but they've not exactly been knocking on the door since.
To the mainstream media, this match will be billed as Mahomes vs Brady, the king vs the pretender to the throne. But to me, I'm just overjoyed to see my team finally make the big time, & I'm revelling in every second of it.
No, I don't expect them to win. But I never expected them to beat the Saints either. Let's give 'em everything we've got.
Fire the cannons!

Voting Bucs and rooting for the Bucs. Despite being a Pats fan, I'm fully cheering for Brady to once again do the impossible & get a 7th chip.
Although the real anticipation comes from the battle of the backup QBs, Chad Henne vs Blaine Gabbert. Which journeyman/former Jacksonville Jaguar will finally nab a Super Bowl ring?

Double checking, he was indeed on the Chiefs last season, he just didn't play a single down the whole year, which is why Pro Football Reference didn't list him as on that roster. But he was active roster still, so I guess it counts.

So Tampa being the home team gets to pick things...the choosing to wear their white jerseys. So Chiefs will be in their home reds.

I just thought it was funny that the one time in history that someone has a home game in the superbowl is the one year when there are no fans there for it, lol There will be fans there, but only about 22,000.

Chiefs will probably smoke them, but I wouldnβt be mad if Brady pulled another one off. I always get a chuckle when Goodell has to give him the trophy.

Rooting for Brady but I'm really down on it this year. I don't care much for either team and with Covid I'm watching it at home alone. So I'm just hoping for a game I can watch in the second half and watch for my pool numbers mostly.

My picks went 1-1 last weekend, 9-3 overall in the playoffs.
- Kansas City 37, Tampa Bay 35: Everything has lined up against Kansas City since the AFC Championship went final. They're basically playing a road game in what should be a neutral location, their offensive line is in tatters - going against a loaded Buccaneers' front seven, they had multiple COVID-19 scares over the past week and a half, their linebackers coach - the son of their head coach - admitted to drinking before an accident that injured two children. They've had distractions galore, logic would dictate that they're walking into a hornet's nest on Sunday night against a Tampa Bay team that's focused, healthy, hungry, and playing what amounts to a home game. Yet I can't get beyond the fact that when this game comes down to the final quarter, which it undoubtedly will, Patrick Mahomes will find that extra gear, because nine times out of 10, he does. Granted, he's going up against the ultimate playoff competitor, the greatest quarterback in NFL history, and basically the only player who could match him throw for throw in a Super Bowl. I think this game will be a back-and-forth affair, largely coming down to the team that makes the first big mistake in the fourth quarter. It could be a turnover, it could be a penalty, it could be a blown coverage, but if there's even one misstep, Mahomes or Tom Brady will be sure to capitalize on it.

I hate Tom Brady he was king of the east for so long I can't remember a non Pats dominated east BUT Tommy is the goat and he will do just enough this Sunday to remind the league, the fans and Bill that he isn't a system QB and until he's done he'll be the top QB and hoist the Lombardi trophy one last time.
