Rhythm & Blues - a short-lived '90s workplace comedy about a white radio personality who gets mistaken for black because of his voice.
Mister Terrific and Captain Nice - two campy superhero comedies from the '60s trying to cash in on Batmania.
The '90s relaunch of Get Smart with Andy Dick as Maxwell Smart's son.

Prob an unpopular opinion that would get me bood out of most rooms but .. Friends
Can't stand it, tried watching a few times but forced humor and unlikable characters all around. Even the theme gives me a headache.

I heard bad things about the US Ab Fab (and this was IIRC not [redacted]s version from the 90s.) NBC "Yes this is totally the next Friends" Coupling, nuff said. BBT and Friends are both overrated. But I am sure the other things we name are on a whole new level. Oh, absolutely. I was sort of kidding about Friends, but it does offend and anger me. But yeah, it's not the same kind of terrible sitcom as other stuff in here.
With regards to remakes, a lot of people hate the MTV remake of The Inbetweeners and it was panned pretty much universally (although I personally didn't think it was completely irredeemable.)

2 Broke Girls is up there. It got, like, 5 seasons out of the dumbest and grossest sex jokes and making fun of NY hipsters, and that was it. Only on CBS can you pull off something like that.

Even the theme gives me a headache. I only watched like the first three seasons. And that's cause I thought my friends would think I was cool. I still think S1 was the best, and dammit I LIKED the monkey! Coupling on BBC took their formula and improved it, IMO.

Can we include PARTS of successful/once-good sitcoms? If so, I totally suggest Laverne, Where's Shirley, aka Season 8.

Mr. Smith. A chimp gets super intelligent and can talk! One of the things of watching through the first months of the Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour reruns on Buzzr was having to hear the hosts and panel put that show over constantly. There were questions about it. It was the top pick in the Audience portion of the Super Match. The star(s) of the show were on the panel. That chimp was a star. He was in a movie with Clint Eastwood.

How about "Out Of This World"? Small Wonder. Yes, I went there. Look, I know this is largely subjective, but I do have a general rule about these things - if the show went more then two seasons then it can't be classified as one of the worst ever. Humor may be in the eye of the beholder, but if a show went that long then it obviously found some kind of audience and they should be respected. The one exception to this is 'Til Death, which wasn't really a television show as much as it was an elaborate syndication scam.

Most sitcoms that have aired on BBC One over the last decade. A particular low-light being Ben Elton's The Wright Way. How the f*** did the man who made Blackadder come up with that shite? My first thought as well; I lasted about five minutes and then gave up. It looks like I lucked out early...

Season 1 was alright as far as low brow sexual humor goes. I'd even rewatch it. But Season 2 and onward went off a f***ing cliff and stretched an already thin premise to its breaking point. I have no idea how it got 6 straight seasons.

Mrs. Brown's Boys is quite the polarizing show No polarising here. It’s sh*te! Not only is it sh*te, it’s endlessly repeated sh*te!

The Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeiffer probably belongs here. Yes, Clerks the Animated Series fans, that honestly was a real show. Not Chi McBride's finest moment. The fact that Clerks TAS referenced that show is the only thing that justifies its existence. Also, will animated sitcoms count? Because Allen Gregory.

For my money, Gavin & Stacy - Unlikeable cast - Unlikeable characters - James Corden in a leading role - Pure anti-humour - Everyone I know that likes it I usually dislike - Played a homophobic song on a Xmas special and were unapologetic about it

The Help. This aired on WB for seven episodes in 2004. Let's look at some of the names who were on this show: Brenda Strong, Camille Guaty, Mindy Cohn, David Faustino, Tori Spelling and MEGAN FOX. I remember reading about this show in the Boston Metro at school and needed to see for myself how bad it really was. And... yeah, there's a reason it lasted less than two months lol
