Talked about in the women's thread but since it seems to be a whole show: AEW will be showcasing a few matches on a "Special Show" streaming for free on Bleacher Report! This is a huge deal as Bleacher Report is worldwide unlike B/R Live which is normally what AEW streams their Buy-In's on. Two featured showcases will be the AEW Women's Tournament Japan side final, and Riho vs Thunder Rosa!
More info per Meltzer:
Curious if they will add more matches to the card, but this is a big deal for AEW and could lead to some of the biggest exposure the company has ever had. Bleacher Report's following currently dwarf's AEW, and it's a big spot to show off to casual fans and beyond to get this type of showcase. Especially since AEW only being over a year old... plenty of people, even wrestling/lapsed fans, still don't know about it or what it's about.
Hell of a great spot for the girls too, who are basically being the flagbearers for the company here for the casuals who watch this on Bleacher Report. I hope more fans join the AEW fanbase from this.
Discuss, and if more matches get added, definitely add them here!

Hope this gets a new set of eyes on the product. Rosa vs Riho is the perfect match to get attention as well. They're viewer draws for a reason. As good as Deeb vs Riho and Emi vs VENY was, I think this will outdo both.

In regards to Riho vs. Rosa and the reported winner of the bracket. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} Why aren’t they having one of these two win the bracket? They’re choosing this match because they know how good these two are and putting them in a prime spot but are having Nyla win the bracket anyway?

The US Side isn't winning, the Japan side is, my pick there is Ryo especially if she beats Aja. She's rumored to be making a full time move to the US Soon, so it would correlate to that.
If this were indeed the case, then you dont have Rosa or Riho lose here and have them as challengers later, a fresh upper card for the division with a new champion while Shida could take a break.
This is what I'm hoping for anyway

Possibly Rosa is still not signed and thus not getting the trigger pulled on her until that is actually settled.

As good as Deeb vs Riho and Emi vs VENY was, I think this will outdo both. Regarding getting new sets of viewers,I actually think Khan kinda devolved in this regard. I guess part of it might be TNT`s influence with the Shaq stuff. But I think Kenny had the right idea on trying to explore the more modern market like FGC. Like WWE did that really well with Bad Bunny, you need to invest on it. I`m not sure how B/R Live would get new eyes to it but I think it is better than what they were doing before. I also think Riho vs Rosa is a great match for it,both grab attention and look like something new to experience for people that arent used to wrestling. Definitely better than a random match like lets say Janela vs Sky or even something like Miro vs Lance Archer(just trying to use relevant names)

The Shaq thing is also designed to get new casual viewers, even if people don't like the storyline it's what it's supposed to do and it should given how many people know Shaq and watch the NBA postgame. Also you keep saying B/R Live and it's not going to be airing on B/R Live, it's airing on Bleacher Report, completely different, and worldwide, streaming platform. B/R Live is a US branch.

I say devolved because instead of trying new public like he was doing before, Shaq/Basketball is just gonna attract people that already gave wrestling a shot, the time big sports fans were the main public of wrestling is past gone.I think it can help of course, every fan counts, but I think there is better ways to grab a new public.

AEW did like 1.2 Million Viewers past an 11PM lead in from the NBA Postgame show. It still works. And it's not the only way AEW is trying, it's just one.

And yet not many viewers stuck around sadly, I just dont think it is the right market to try to appeal to nowdays. I know Khan is trying more stuff right now but his last two were Mike Tyson and Shaq, this right here is an example he can do better.I think people like Riho and Itoh are the right type of people to bring a new market

The Shaq thing seemed more like a TNT call, unless you want Khan to piss off the network, like Dixie Carter did when she called Destination America president a dummy.

I feel like putting it on Bleacher Report (which isn’t really a streaming service as far as I can tell) is making it even more difficult for people to access it, though. Not a bad idea for a show in general to maybe catch a few new eyes but not a great spot for such a big match at Riho-Rosa. That deserves almost a million viewers in the main event of Dynamite.

It's a free to view show in this case video platform, which millions themselves watch worldwide. 9 Million Twitter followers, 14 Million Instagram followers to market to. AEW's Twitter is at half a million. You're underplaying how beneficial this could be for both the girls and for AEW just because "it's not on cable" and "it's not a streaming service". Bleacher Report has been around since 2007 it's not a new thing. There's no guarantee it would get a million views on Dynamite, especially on next weeks card. This is a great spot for them, and they are again, basically representing AEW here to a bunch of new viewers.

Hey I hope it’s a big hit but I can’t imagine they’ll get more viewers (not views) than Dynamite gets (live + DVR). Saying they have 14 million followers is nice but that’s similar as saying TNT is in 100 million homes or it can potentially be seen by billions on YouTube.

Im just saying AEW doesn't have that kind of reach, not even close on their own. Bleacher Report could help them a lot with good advertisement on their socials throughout the week Whole objective is to get high vewership and new fans and they're using the girls to do it, it shows faith in the girls that they're letting them be the ones to show new fans "This is what we can offer you". Idk I get the perrimism about how the girls can be treated, but I feel like them getting Riho back has flipped a switch. She is their glue, and she's not just a pillar for the girls, she's a pillar for AEW

Hikaru Shida/Mei Suruga/Rin Kadokura vs Emi Sakura/Maki Itoh/VENY has been added to this card
The other match will officially be Ryo Mizunami vs Yuka Sakazaki
This card is honestly must watch for me.
