I'm assuming Khan was referencing Warhorse there when taking about Cody's list and regrets. Schiavone previously made reference to him as well. I wondered about Bennett and Maria, honestly. But I don’t know if he’s active or what.

I can't see bryan leaving WWE before wrestling altogether I could see Bryan doing a retirement tour outside of WWE, but I don’t see him ever signing a contract anywhere but WWE

My thought process is if Bryan wants one more big run in his prime years, he'll do it with AEW and their vast connections, because he'll wanna wrestle everywhere, I can see it. Maybe a 3-4 year kinda thing? Then maybe he goes back to WWE for either a final run or his Legends Contract/Hall of Fame speech
I can't imagine Bryan leaving on bad terms if he would. It really all depends on what he wants to do. It'd be interesting if he was still able to appear on Total Bellas though, just not mentioning AEW while doing so. Other couples are split between the companies and things work out... guess we might find out or never know, we'll know what he's doing soon enough.

I think it was solely up to Bryan, he'd explore his options. He's had a good run in WWE and it feels like he's been one of the few guys who has had some sort of creative freedom compared to the majority of the roster, but might want to see what else is out there. Total Bellas does complicate things, though. Would they just pretend that Bryan doesn't exist? Would NBCU and WWE hold his wife's and sister-in-law's reality TV future over his head if he wanted to jump ship?
I could just as easily see him doing what other wrestlers have done recently and use AEW for leverage against WWE for better pay and treatment.

He’s said for sure that his next contract will be more part-time. Of course, with WWE potentially not going back to house shows, that wouldn’t seem to really move the needle one way or the other.
