I don't care about any posse that is neither insane nor clowns. Be careful where you say that, if you blurted that out on the mean streets of Greenwich it wouldn't end well for you.

I NEED THE NEW PRETTY PICTURE/WINGMEN THEME RIGHT THE F*** NOW. I'm pretty sure the Sensual Sled is the greatest wrestling entrance since the Brood.

Honestly, I wasn’t feeling this group at first but with JD Drake as the reluctant team member and Nemeth as the delusional heel it is really coming together for me. Also, Avalon’s sensual sled is fantastic and may be a major reason why I love seeing the full group together.

Hearing Taz explain what made it sensual on dark this week was gold.

Man, I remember watching Nemeth's AEW debut and thinking "He's good but I wish he wasn't aping his brother so much".
If you said to me I'd genuinely be thinking he's one of my favourites, I'd have laughed at you.

If you said to me I'd genuinely be thinking he's one of my favourites, I'd have laughed at you. Once he shook off the ring rust because he hadn't worked a match in awhile, he has become amazing in the ring. Just like his brother he has a talent for selling. And he's really good with character and helping guys bounce off each other because he apparently does Improv Comedy Shows a lot and it helps he actually is a trained actor I would assume. He's kinda become the glue to help all these guys come together and improve their own promos and such. It's a treat to see. They absolutely have earned a run at some point with these forthcoming Trios Titles in my opinion, whenever they were to arrive.

Also, in honesty? All indications are that Ryan Nemeth is a genuinely great guy. In an industry historically so suffused with people that did godawful things or were just godawful as people, I'd be in favour of a bit of a push for someone who is by all accounts fundamentally decent.

Oh yeah, hearing his story, I wouldn’t have blamed him if he was never involved in the industry again but as a fan, I’m glad he didn’t.

He was someone who pretty early on stopped working shows Joey Ryan was on with some of the stories he heard. He also babysat little Brodie for the Hubers and went out of his way to help the family after Brodie passed away. He's a really good dude.

One of my favorite comments about Ryan Nemeth was from Aubrey who when talking about him just said as an aside "Sounds like a Muppet" And she's kind of right. If Ryan voiced a Muppet he'd fit.

They also had this great interview a few weeks ago that basically went like this...
JD: So are we the Pretty Picture or are we the Wingmen?
Everyone else: DAMN RIGHT WE ARE!
JD: ...
Everyone else: Okay boys, touch tips!

Everyone else: Okay boys, touch tips! There's also been a running gag where JD Drake spits on his pinkie before touching with the others, and Bononi went from completely grossed out to recently saying "I'm starting to get used to it!"

I wish think they need to use Peter's music as an unit but add more riffs to it. It just works (for me at least).

It's weird as hell that in this team packed full of top indie talent I'm getting hung up on the goofball antics of these dudes, but they clicked really quickly with a really endearing chemistry. Everyone has their own distinct element to bring into the group dynamic and their vignettesd on Dark and Elevation interacting with each other has been great.
Also I've sung this praise in live threads before, but I love that when casting Drake as the 'outsider', they're treating him more like a rootsy blue collar Southern boy getting used to clubbing and dressing for the club rather than "ha ha he's fat and kinda funny looking". I appreciate the team a whole lot more for that.
