This is fairly standard language, but I never noticed it before. I wonder if something in particular precipitated it. The "including media scrums or other editorial materials" is interesting, and may be there to put people who use it to monetize their sites on notice. I wonder if they'll start cracking down on all the news sites using it, or just force them to ask permission.

Khan seems to be ready to expand with updates on content throughout this week, it seems like he's just trying to tighten the knot a bit on how AEW is distributed especially as the brand itself gets bigger
