OK question. It maybe nothing.. it might just be a small Easter egg … but I can’t ignore this .. I need answers.. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Cyborg Zombie?
What!?
{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}I think the Snyd man has confirmed the Robot Zombie thing.
But he has not said why there was f***ing robot zombies!?
Why!? Just a guess but I think they might explain it in the prequel, Army of Thieves. What really? LoL Oh if you were watching and noticed little white dots on the screen… don’t worry it’s not your TV/monitor/tablet or phone screen acting up. I just watched the Red Letter Media “Half in the Bag” review and they said there is a number of dead pixels in the film.. which I can’t believe somebody at Netflix’s QC let slip by.

Yup that's my guess anyway. Seems like Snyder and Netflix want to make this a huge franchise since there are prequels and animes all in the works.

Are you f******** kidding me? {Spoiler}A zombie baby. I swear the whole zombie as a society/tribe was done by Romero in Land of the Dead. But like PM said, there's nothing subtle about Zack Synder. It could have been a lot worse... {Spoiler}

Clearly not even they could sit through a near 3 hour Zack Snyder film >_>

Okay, I saw this in theaters and I gave my take on the "Track the Movies" thread, but I felt to discuss this would be more appropriate here. I enjoyed the opening bit, even though I wondered how badass the mother was until her fate, but hey, it was bound to happen. Also, while I did like these characters, I couldn't help but think that the actress who played Peters looked similar to Adam Scott, and the actress who played Chambers looked like she could be the daughter of Nia Peeples. Hell, Lily almost reminded me a bit of Rhea Ripley. My main gripe with the story was more at the end. {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}In various forms of media involving zombies, it varies on how long it could take for someone to turn. For the character of Vanderohe, I wonder when he could have been bitten and how long it would take for him to turn. Scott got bit by Zeus and it took some time for him to turn and I get it, he turned as he was talking to Kate. But I'm trying to remember when Vanderohe was bitten.
I must also say that most of the team lived until towards the end. I would have liked for Chambers to last a bit because she was pretty badass, but oh well. I am glad that I saw this in theaters because it was quite an experience.

I really, really would like to know whose call it was to hire D'Elia for this movie... He'd been cast and filmed his scenes before the allegations were out, as I recall. It's why a lot of the editing to replace him with Tig Notaro is really obvious. Oh, I know all that, but... Who made the call to hire D'Elia? That's what I'd like to know.

No, this movie did not need to be two and a half hours long. Cut out a few characters and one or two subplots and you could have a very tight movie.
I’m actually glad to hear that Tig Notaru’s scenes were added in post production. I was worried that she was just a terrible actor since she seemed to be just reciting her lines rather than actually interacting with the people around her. Now that I know that that’s EXACTLY what was going on, it makes a lot of sense.

Finally sat down and watched this tonight.
It was.....ok?
I was actually pretty invested in the group dynamic of the heist part of the movie, but then the last 30 minutes just went shitty and the ending was awful.
Definitely on board with the gay romance subtext between two of the characters that the internet has decided is a thing. I hope that gets canonised at some point given this thing is becoming a franchise.

I'm like an hour and 30 mins into the movie and the stuff with the daughter is extra unnecessary

Boy, was I wrong about this movie I came in thinking it was going be a fun action movie with cheesy one liners. Instead it is Zack Snyder doing all his greatest hits which has expired and taste like chunky old milk Tig scenes are horrible but that isn't her fault Too many shitty cover songs {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} That ending was Bullshit
The stuff with the daughter was f***ing stupid. Did all that for the chick to die anyway along with everyone on the team
Also i'm not bugging am I? Did I see a Cyborg Zombie?

Was ok. Probably could have been a really good 90 minute movie.
As with most of his stuff, the opening montage was far and away the best part.

Movie was poorly edited garbage. I cannot believe that Snyder also had the balls to leave some of the things open ended that he did. I don’t care if they say they’ll address it in “prequels,” there was some stuff in there that needed to be addressed in this or pulled from the movie.

Watched it last night. Thought it was ok, not great. I'd probably hate it more if I paid money for it but it's Netflix so eh.
