Love to see it happening. Just thought about the female roster and all the star power.
Here is Pro Wrestling Illustrated Top 10.
1. Hikaru Shida 2. Britt Baker 3. Thunder Rosa 4. Riho 5. Nyla Rose 6. Tay Conti 7. Ryo Mizunami 8. Leyla Hirsh 9. Red Velvet 10. Big Swole
Alot of be excited about, including Serena Deeb, Anna Jay and Kris Statlander eventually returning, Yuka Sakazaki, Emi Sakura, and Maki Itoh doing more tours, and mid-card talent like Abadon, Penelope Ford, Ivelisse and Diamnate.
Even the enhancement talent like Tesha Price, Dani Jordyn and Renee Michel are fun to watch.
I know I open it up to criticism, but I'm feeling positive about the women's division.

The talent is getting there, and the opportunities are starting to come so that is great to see. Hopefully they keep that momentum going with multiple women’s matches and segments each Dynamite (and that 2nd Turner show that is coming soon). Touché to AEW for the development of the division!

If they get more Joshi IMO they'll have the best womens division in all of wrestling. Especially the STARDOM girls a lot of them are bona-fide stars

With the joshi included, I'd say they have the best women's roster in all American pro wrestling. Without them, they're still in a far better position than they were this time last year when you could argue that it was only better than ROH's. Now it's just a matter of giving them more consistent angles and that same kind of long-term booking the men enjoy. The Road To segment about Britt Baker vs. Thunder Rosa was excellent. More of that please.
Main eventing Dynamite, which I still argue isn't the most important thing business-wise (they've already accomplished that with having women's matches be the openers on both hours), is nonetheless still an important symbolic gesture. Having so many women's matches, including a main event of Riho vs Maki Itoh, on the debut episode of AEW Elevation is also an important symbolic gesture. Launching a second TV show should also help space out the roster in general but would also give the women a lot more time on TV.

Still 3rd IMO behind NXT and Impact as far as best division in America but they’re improving rapidly.

But individual brands yeh AEW is number one in terms of quality wrestlers(this is also counting the TJWP girls and Rosa they wanna use as part of the roster)

I think in sheer roster strength, they beat Impact mostly by way of having a bigger roster that is also supplemented by so many unsigned regulars that they effectively have triple the roster to work with.
The thing that AEW still needs to do is give more of those wrestlers things to do. If Britt/Rosa is blown off tomorrow (which seems very likely), then their entire women's roster is currently without any angle. That's...generally not a position AEW puts their men's roster in, ever. That might mean a clean slate to really get moving, especially with momentum off of the Shaq match, the Britt/Rosa feud, and the fresh infusion of Ryo and Riho - but it's still something that will need to be addressed very quickly.

Gotta hand it to AEW for turning this around in a year, they went out and signed who they wanted to, built up prospects, and found some real diamonds in the rough like Leyla Hirsch
With the Joshi's coming back or being able to come through easier, which hpefully becomes easier and easier into the Spring and Summer, the division's in a reall good place right now.

Curious if they hotshot Jade Cargill as Shida's next challenger or if whoever wins Baker vs. Thunder tomorrow gets the shot.

I wouldn't hotshot Jade, but she definitely needs to be a threat until she gets a title shot.
