They did 768K in total viewers and a .28 in 18-49. So up in total but down in the key demo. Disappointing to be down in 18-49 but we'll have to see how the show did in the quarters. Hopefully there was an upward trajectory and they can carry some momentum into next week.

Probably not quite the rating that AEW was hoping for, particularly given how well-received that main event was, but that match didn't really look like an all-time classic on paper, so the real tell will be whether the ratings improve next week on the strength of the notable buzz that match generated.
The competition was stiff, too, though. Luka Doncic is one of the biggest draws in the NBA, and the Clippers are title contenders in a huge market. MTV was bringing some of its best stuff. Not to make this an AEW v. NXT thing, but NXT's number was absolutely putrid and the kind of thing that would have other properties potentially on the chopping block for cancelation, while Dynamite still held strong in the Top 10 even in a night that clearly had significant competition.
EDIT: Forgot to also mention that we have to factor in that it was St. Patty's Day, and a lot of people were out drinking and/or drunk by 8 p.m. EST.

That show deserved a higher rating just for the Thunder Rosa/Britt Baker grudge match and Mox/Kingston-Goof Brothers and the drama afterward.

Hmmmm no demo God and the demo goes down interesting. Really I think 18-39 were just hammered last night and not really watching anything.
