I guess this belongs here rather than the main WWE board?
Either way, I'm kind of mixed on it. It did seem very stable - it really never actually dropped on me - though it did seem to start to lag every once in awhile.
The bigger issue I think is how it was like a minute and a half or something behind the Network feed. I have no idea how they managed to do that but I can see it being a real problem going forward for trying to talk about the shows if it persists.

In theory, the feed being behind shouldn't really matter once Peacock is the only watch to watch in the US, but the problem is that international viewers will still be a minute ahead, and will accidentally spoil things on social media or in live chats like the FAN threads.
So, they will either need to fix this delay on Peacock, or intentionally delay the feeds for every other possible way to watch the show, and I don't think the second option is very viable.

The international feeds were always slightly delayed by a half minute or so, simply by virtue of how long data takes to travel from the US to other countries. So this just puts us more in sync.

Yes, however there are still countries a lot closer to the US that will still be using the Network for PPVs. Specifically Canada, who get the Network feed as an actual channel as opposed to livestream, so they are ahead of even the US livestream.

My biggest issue was no pause/rewind feature on the broadcast. They REALLY need to work on getting this added if they plan on moving this over to the US feed.

Fastlane was one big experiment to see how it ran on Peacock so I'm kind of hoping they take the issues to heart and fix them, because the early onset of this transition has not had a bright outlook.

Yeah, this is really the only reason Fastlane existed. Cause they didn't want to do that with wrestlemania as their big changeover PPV. Everything ran fine on peacock for me but yeah it was clearly running behind a minute or so.

I watched the replay. Only issue was at the start of the main event the picture got pixalated for a few seconds. But besides that it worked perfectly.

I thought I was going cross-eyed, trying to figure out if the timing was off. I don't want eye surgery again!!

International fans will just need to learn how to count to 120 before posting about the shows. Simple as that.

If this is a permanent delay, it might be worth having a Network thread and a Peacock thread in future so people aren't getting spoiled

Maybe it's just me but I felt like my Peacock feed looked a little lower quality than my Network feed. The picture didn't seem as crisp.

With no "start from beginning" option I just watched it on the Network instead.
I guess I'll just be joining Wrestlemania in progress.

It froze and buffered a few times. That might have been my wifi connection to my roku.

Was it possible to watch from the beginning right away once the event was over?

Was it possible to watch from the beginning right away once the event was over? I checked maybe half an hour later and it was up so probably.
