Interesting all the people who say it’s good but will never watch it Doesn’t the total divas audience not cross over to mainstream wwe and the wwe audience tends to hate the the total divas? I can’t fathom the people who like AEW because they hate wwe will enjoy this. So will the people watch this show cross over to AEW ? The theory is the same as the various vlog content, people will cross over both onto the show and from the show due to it being AEW personalities getting to shine in a different format from wrestling. The idea is to bring a new audience in with a show with a different format, and once they are attached to the characters they will want to watch Dynamite where they shown working. Or people who love Cody/Brandi/other AEW performers that will be on the show will have a new thing to consume featuring their favorites. I'll probably tune in once or twice out of curiosity, but I don't think it'll likely be my jam, specifically. Yeah, depending on it's drop date I'll certainly watch the debut episode to get the vibe.

I mean, personally, the only time I "disliked" Total Divas/Bellas was when they basically did that heel turn with Nikki at Summerslam just so they could have them have tension on the reality show, which only lasted about a month or so before they both turned heel and made up.
Mostly because it felt like WWE was bending over backwards to comply with it rather than make it work on both ends so it just came off as rushed.
But that's just me and even then, that was the only time I could think of that it happened.

Is... not, the Cody/Brandi reality show TNT just purchased a season of called A big move and should put to bed some of the more recent idiots mewling about TNT not enjoying everything All Elite. This is additional to the extra hour wrestling show that's still coming out this year. But yeah all the idiots saying TNT wasn't happy with AEW. Despite it being their best rated content behind NBA. Which is why they are trying to get more content featuring AEW property.

I'm watching this, if only for MJF looking like a doof. Speaking of which, I hope they keep things kayfabe in general as they do on BTE (most of the time). I'd hate for people like MJF or Britt Baker to frequently break character on this show.

Not my kind of thing, but hey, I'm not being forced to watch it, nor am I harmed in any way by it existing. If TNT execs like Cody's performances so much they want to use him more, it's good for AEW as it shows they have faith in the brand and want to be partners for the long haul, the way NBC have with the WWE.

I hate "reality TV", so nope, I'll pass on that.

Even in interviews where he relaxes it, he'll usually bring things back around with some insults or backhanded compliments. I wonder if Preston Vance/10 will be around. I know he pops up in a fair amount of old Shot of Brandi episodes hanging out, with Brandi saying Pharaoh loves Preston and that he's one of his favorite people. Always thought that was cute.

It really is crazy how Total Divas changed the game, especially after Hogan virtually torched the “wrestler reality show that’s not just centered on wrestling” earth years earlier.

Yeah, I'm rooting for this to be more Total Divas and less Hogan Knows Best. My fear with a show such as this centered around a wrestling family is it could end up like Hogan Knows Best; a trainwreck that harms everyone involved by pulling back the curtain too much.
