Double digit declines, wow.....
Also, I'm curious if these rating tumbles are being shared by other Starz shows. Because Comcast/Xfinity & Starz sorta had a big "breakup" in the last year which resulted in those networks being taken off the usual digital plans and making them subscriber based, which I imagine had to cut the Comcast audience down quite a bit at least.

I'm surprised it made it past the first season. I thought it was just awful, albeit with a handful of good performances mixed in.

I'm kind of surprised it made it this long given by all accounts every step of making it's been an utter disaster.

The behind the scenes stuff has kept changing the show since Season 1 so a bit surprised it lasted this long
I can see it being picked up for streaming services and works better as a binge watch anyway as I always watch it once the whole season is over

Haven't watched but read the book. Does it follow the book closely?

Haven't watched but read the book. Does it follow the book closely? To an extent I never read the whole thing but the biggest difference is Mad Sweeney is more of a star in the TV show than he is in the book as well as Anasi being bigger in the show (tho Orlando Jones getting kicked out may have changed that for S4) and Laura is different in a much more possessive and jaded way

I liked season 1, but not surprised that it’s getting canceled. Thought that the quality dropped off significantly after that. 🤷🏻♂️

Ian McShane is so good in the show Also Crispin Glover. Orlando Jones was really good as Nancy too since he chewed up every scene he was in The series as a whole is very well acted. Don't feel like anyone was dragging themselves down

Never watched it,even though I have Starz. But I also need to finish the book. Bought it and read about half of it. And just wasn't feeling the book at the time. So started another book.
Gaiman is an odd one for me. Back when Sandman was coming out he was one of my favorite authors. Going back and re-reading Sandman wow there is so much filler and padding in the comic. You can tell where Gaiman ran out of ideas but wanted to keep the book going cause of the great deal he had with DC.
With his novels the only one I thought was amazing was Good Omens and I do wonder how much of that is cause he had Prachett working with him.

The book is one of my favourites. I liked the first series, with some issues, but it was mostly really interesting (the part with My Nancy talking to people trapped in the ship is and was incredible). But I immediately lost interest are the beginning of season 2. The recasting of Gillian Anderson had a huge impact, along with all the stories of issues on set. I just lost all interest instantly which is odd in retrospect.
