10 for me. I had a lot of fun, with great returns, lot of fun action, and just 2 hours that flew by in a flash.
I like the QT move because I find the angle ticks a lot of the boxes I enjoy. I like the idea of a training camp splitting like this over a difference in philosophies and egos clashing. It's just the kind of story I often find really intriguing, like the real-life falling out of Inoki and Baba.
Now, do I think QT is the bestest evar or something? No, but I don't really feel like he needs to be for this.
You know, I wouldn't be shocked if they use this for the Nightmare Factory showcases in the future, Cody's camp versus QT's followers as a setup for faces versus heels. Kinda makes me think of CHIKARA, where you'd have Quackenbush and Hero at odds while being trainers at the same time.

10 just for Arcade Anarchy.
But this Cody/QT feud is the worst. My girlfriend has made the comment "why is every Cody feud practically the same." and I mean, she's not wrong. How is this different from Shawn "I thought I was your friend" Spears or Maxwell Jacob "You thought I was your friend" Friedman. Like I get what it's supposed to be, but I still don't care. Good for Aaron Solow for getting TV time, but QT bores me to tears.

I agree with your second point. QT might be a great guy in real life but as a character he sucks. Even in the expanded material (BTE and Sammy's Vlog), he bores me. If we are being harsh, some people weren't meant to be on TV shows, that's the cold hard truth maybe he's one of them? I guess we'll find out once we see where the new angle is going. This is honestly how I feel about Sky. I dont think QT has what it takes to be a big deal, but i'm interest in the angle,I hope he takes more of a Taz role,a teacher and strategist I agree about Sky. I rag on Cody a lot but there is no denying the guy has loads of charisma and his character work is down pat. I feel bad for both Sky (especially Sky who is so good in-ring) and QT, I do, but they just don't have it. I would include Spears in this group as well.

8. Last week's show was better, but this ended on a more go-home happy note which skews the numbers. Still really fun shows, and the time seems to go by very fast. I really liked the IC/Pinnacle brawl and 5he Lucha Brothers and Omega are really the MVP of the in-ring product right now.

I hate that life keeps making me watch the best shows late, but this one gets an easy 10 from me. One of AEW's strongest suits is ending feuds by having the faces go over in crazy stipulation matches. It's feel-good TV that makes me happy to be a wrestling fan.

Hot take: I'd rather watch a QT match than an Omega match at the moment.

I usually don't rate shows 10s... That show was a f***ing 10. I almost felt exhausted at the end, in a really good way.

I am baffled at the mega praise this show is getting!
I thought it was pretty good, but not great.
I almost gave it a 10 just for Excalibur referencing Garth Marenghi.
