Zero stars for the fact that Miro's attempt to Liu Kang someone was unsuccessful.
For real though that absolutely ruled.

Hopefully this is posted and nobody beats me but let's give big ups to that super fun main event.
The Best Friends and OC are the rare case of guys who are special attractions that don't need titles to get over. When they win gold the pop will be huge.
Also we are seeing crazy Miro be unleashed

That was so good. It’s rare in pro wrestling in 2021 that you see things that you haven’t seen before. That match was able to be just the right mixture of over the top campy, and legitimately brutal. I loved it.
And man, that LEGO spot...CZW’s never done anything that brutal.

I have to say that finish with the double hug camera zoom outs, and the Best Friends, Orange, and Statlander giving Sue the thumbs up might be my favorite feel-good wrestling ending in recent memory.

It wasn't as tight and focused as the other great TV brawl main events that it had to live up to (Best Friends/Santana & Ortiz, Rosa/Britt), but it made up for that in sheer feel good energy. The great one-man army stuff with Miro, the return of Trent? via his mom's van, Kris Statlander popping up with an excellent new look via UFO machine, and a good ol' table spot to end it. (Honestly, given the aforementioned Rosa/Britt, they might have been better served with something other than a table spot as the finish - one of the few quibbles I had with it.)
And like, it's going to go down as That Match Where They Used Lego Bricks. Instant classic for that reason alone.

AEW giving heels their comeuppance is some of my favorite shit in wrestling right now, that was absolutely beautiful. Everyone played their parts so well.
Sue, Trent, and Statlander all returning for the moment and the show closing visual of the group hug? F***ing brilliant. A shame it didn't have a full crowd but between this and Baker/Rosa, if AEW needed any motivation to step their game up after the Revolution ending? They've stepped it up.
Also Cassidy's new theme is so awesome, and it playing at the end just made it all feel so right.

AEW understands that wrestling usually should have the good guy coming out on top at the end over the villains, and it's why these finishes really land well, because they almost always have the bad guy suffering some well-needed comeuppance for their misdeeds.

I wasn’t as glowing on the actual match itself but the returns made it feel special. Fair play.

While the match was not quite as good as the other brawls (although I still enjoyed the hell out of it) the two returns and one cameo more than made up for any slight shortcomings, great stuff.

Guess my thread got beat by a little grrr... lol.
In all seriousness it's surreal that two of the best main events in AEW's young history include the Best Friends. They have come a LONG way even in just AEW when they were at times rating poison and are now legit special attractions.
And as a long time fan of Chuck Taylor, seeing in his shoot how much his body was beat up, and how a few years ago he was going to retire just so he could maybe getting a tryout to work in production for WWE it warms my heart to see him get a couple big moments on national television.
The Best Friends and OC don't need titles but whenever they win some the pop is gonna be huge. Very cool to see Kris back too. Wonder if she is gonna be part of the group now.
And of course Miro played his part perfectly. Just an unstoppable monster that only got put down thanks to his own hubris and just being outnumbered by opponents and weapons. Kid ate the pin. Miro's oath of rage is about to begin
