Honestly, it's like Rockstar Spud becoming Drake Maverick to me... at worst it's a lateral move. The big one for me was when people were up in arms about PAC becoming Neville. They’re both shit names Didn't McMahon try and buy the rights to the name Mighty Mouse so they could give that name to Neville?

McMahon for years has wanted to give someone what he referred to as "Mighty Mouse" gimmick... the News sites ran wild with him actually meaning like a full on gimmick based on Mighty Mouse. When everyone else has explained the details as a smaller wrestler that can do mass feats of strength.

I actually like the Franky Monet name. And it's smart to not let WWE own Taya Valkyrie. They wouldn't unless she specifically sold them the rights. That's why CM Punk and Chris Jericho have always had the same name, they didn't sell it to anyone. WWE only owns names that they came up with or bought.
