I love seeing mjf get his ass kicked. But seems like particularly brutal for the beginning of a fued.
That seemed like a climax, not a beginning for the protagonists to basically curb stomp the villains like that and take back their room
Also, why is there an ice bath on an outdoor lounge with sofas around it?

Inner Circle needed to make a statement after MJF made fools out of them after months of deception and a brutal beatdown on the part of the pinnacle. I think this is also the first real time that it felt like MJF got any sort of comeuppance since he started in the company. Even Moxley beating him in his title defense didn't feel nearly as cathartic.

It may be foreshadowing that the Inner Circle aren't winning this feud, which would make sense - they're the previous top heel stable that is being turned and likely cleared away to make room for the new top heel stable. I expect Santana & Ortiz and Sammy Guevara to eventually get the important tag and singles wins out of the feud, but for the Inner Circle overall to lose.

I considered Pinnacle leaving Inner Circle bloody the start of the feud. This is the second chapter. Couldn’t really have IC return and then get murked like this was WWE or something

In the impending big stable wars, Inner Circle probably loses in the end to the Pinnacle, while Dark Order triumphs over the HFO.

I hate when the heels get the upper hand but its building heat for the babyface Pinnacle to win the feud

Both teams have equally gotten the shit kicked out of them in surprise attacks
Nobody got murked or buried in this situation, the war has begun, both shots were fired.

Honestly, I think this was too soon for the Pinnacle to get their shit ruined. Inner Circle should have been gone for a couple more weeks in my view.
